03/08/2024: Cozy place, friendly staff and great prices! You absolutely need to book, otherwise you won't find a place,
21/07/2024: Staying in the sanctuary of Graglia, during our journey towards Oropa, we couldn't help but eat in the restaurant right next door, which many people spoke well about, including guides.
We were seated in a beautiful period room, with paintings on the walls and ceiling.
The pilgrim's menu offered appetizers, first course, second course and dessert with 1/4 of wine and water included, all at 20 euros each.
The starters are plentiful and very good, a big applause for the typical Biella cured meats, delicious. What I didn't like was the bruschetta, which was very anonymous.
For me, the best dish was the plin ravioli with walnut sauce, a combination that I had never tried but which works great.
The second course roast is also excellent and very soft.
The desserts are all homemade and I still can't choose which one I liked best.
The service is fast and very kind, even the girl at the checkout is very good at making the customer feel at ease.
Negative note, although it's not entirely the restaurant's fault: the room we were in was really noisy and we struggled to speak. I admit that, immediately after dessert, we ran out to drink our bitters.
Great experience at fair prices!
I'd say promoted!
