At the time of the review, Hotel Delfino has 2 souls. The renovated part is really well made. The superior rooms are very comfortable, starting from the spaces and the logistical management of the shelves. The bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms are really ok! The ground floor of the hotel is phenomenal, it boasts a wonderful sea view, where you can have a rich breakfast every morning, from savory to sweet. Also worthy of note is the open kitchen, where you can eat really refined and tasty dishes. The dining room staff is professionally trained, friendly and smiling, the same goes for the concierges, who have always proven to be "on the ball". The problem is if you end up in the unrenovated wing by choosing the standard rooms. Avoid them! Unfortunately, the unrenovated wing is really old, and not kept. I prefer not to comment on the carpeting in the corridors and the elevators. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are not in good condition, not to mention the really uncomfortable mattresses. I had the misfortune of staying 2 nights, and everything is made worse by the fact that you have breakfast and any dinners in the beautiful and renovated wing and therefore it makes the situation much worse. Unfortunately, since it was a business trip, they booked us the standard rooms, and once we arrived and saw and tried the rooms, we asked to be moved, and the reception staff did everything they could to move us to the new wing, and luckily succeeded. In short, the Delfino gets full marks for both staff and structure, as long as you stay in the renovated wing. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with great service. We spent 4 days there with my husband and definitely recommend it for its convenience, the freshness of the rooms, the quality of the service and the amazing view. Great value, highly recommend it.

Good hotel, clean rooms and nice breakfast.

Very well-kept, clean, new, welcoming and designer spaces. Spectacular views and professional and friendly staff. Too bad that apart from a tiny gym there was no other service... no spa, closed pool. Superb breakfast. Mine was a one-night stay and for work. I recommend

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is very professional and helpful especially Annalaura and Gabriella at the reception, and all other staff members..the view from the Seaview rooms is fabulous..I recommend to anyone who is coming to taranto to stay in this hotel..

Decent Hotel recommended for family stay in Taranto downtown

I just stayed in this hotel where I had a great time: ALL the staff are kind, helpful, welcoming. Clean, equipped, comfortable room Careful, rich breakfast, for all the needs of the guests and, I add, excellent coffee. Parking, swimming pool and spectacular view of the sea and the city. Excellent location. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at Delfino Hotel in Taranto. The lobby was pleasant, breakfast was good, the view was beautiful, and although the gym was small, the equipment was new. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The room I stayed in was very outdated. The toilet flush did not work unless the entire flush panel was lifted, which the receptionist apologized for. The elevators were also very old and in need of modernization. When I requested an invoice, they attempted to charge me again, and only after I clarified that I had already paid did they apologize. On the last day, despite informing reception that we would check out at 12:00, I arrived at the room exactly at 12:00 to find that my belongings had already been removed and placed at the front desk. Again, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding. Overall, this stay was unnecessarily stressful.

Top stay. Breathtaking view. Strategic location on the waterfront. You can visit the city on foot. Modern and comfortable rooms. Silence and a wide choice even for breakfast. The restaurant is also good, only flaws: Not exactly fast service and seven-star cleanliness.
