27/03/2025: I often visit Olbia for work, and Art Academy has become a fixed and indispensable stop for me. Every time I am pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of the dishes offered, in particular by the selection of meats which is simply exceptional. During my last visit I tried the paccheri with picanha ragout and burrata: a truly superlative dish, in which intense flavors and fresh ingredients combine perfectly. In addition to the excellent quality of the cuisine, what makes Art Academy special is the kindness and cheerfulness of the dining room staff. The restaurant manager, always present and attentive, makes each visit a truly welcoming experience with attention to the smallest details.
