I've been back several times, after about four decades...I've rediscovered many of the old culinary traditions. Thank goodness, I might add! Recommended place except during busy periods, especially if there are events or festivals in the area that draw people from all over the region. Too much chaos doesn't help the service. Smaller portions, incomplete appetizers...let's say slightly improvised with what they have at the time. On all other occasions, a 7/8 is well deserved. Great and kind. 😁

Every time I eat here, I always eat very well, all the products are excellent, and the staff is very kind.

A slice of paradise at high altitude. This restaurant combines the beauty of the mountains with the pleasure of simple yet refined cuisine, where authentic flavors take center stage. Each dish is generous and rich in flavor, just like in the olden days, and the tranquil atmosphere makes you feel instantly at home. Perfect for a relaxing break after a hike or a leisurely dinner in front of the fireplace. Here you eat well, breathe in the fresh air, and return home with a smile.

A mountain location, ideal for those seeking tranquility. The food, including hams, cheeses, and meats, is excellent. I strongly advise against the fish-based dishes (it's not their thing). The staff is polite and discreet.

This restaurant remains the North Star for those who want to play it safe. Go there and enjoy expertly prepared bites of traditional Samnite cuisine. Highly recommended!

We spent a weekend in this structure, the structure is very large, clean, even if we found the work in progress for maintenance. The room a little neglected, uncomfortable beds, very small television from the 90s, the old air conditioner kept breaking even if they were installing the new ones but still not working, very poor breakfast with very few things with snacks and various packaged things, on the other hand the swimming pool was excellent, and excellent cuisine we had dinner the dishes were abundant tasty fair price

On the occasion of my written state exam I was lucky enough to stay at the Agrihotel La Vecchia Quercia, and I can only speak highly of it. The environment is welcoming, quiet and surrounded by greenery: the ideal place for those who need to concentrate but also to feel at ease, like at home. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Delia, who was truly gracious and super helpful. She kindly offered to accompany me personally to the institute on the morning of the exam and to pick me up afterwards, she did the same with her relatives, always with a smile and an unforgetable helpfulness. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, perfect for a good rest the night before. If you are looking for a place where you feel welcomed with the heart, La Vecchia Quercia is the right place. Thanks again for everything, really.
