Very good carbobara, Roman-style tripe from another world and something I've never tasted that left me speechless, pork rinds, beans and chickpeas, the waiter brizolato was very good and polite, even the oane was very good.

Nine years ago, we dined at La Vecchia Frasca for the first time, and recently decided to return — we’re so glad we did! From the antipasti to the desserts, every dish was homemade and full of authentic flavor. The meal was perfectly complemented by local Frascati wine, for which the town is rightly famous. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the prices remain just as reasonable as they were nearly a decade ago. La Vecchia Frasca continues to be a wonderful choice for a delicious and traditional lunch or dinner in Frascati. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: It's a shame it was a little out of the city center, so we couldn't go back for lunch and dinner. But when we could, we happily returned. Typical Roman cuisine, sooooooo tasty.
