The food is good. Very bad attention from the blonde girl. The other brunette girl was much kinder. But the truth is we don't feel comfortable with the attention. It seemed like they treated us differently just because we were tourists.

As with the majority of my reviews, we also arrived at Vecchia Frasca by chance many years ago and despite the distances from the Modena Apennines, when you go down south you find an excuse for a rest stop at Roberto's. The old Frasca presents itself as a classic and ancient Roman trattoria, the manager and the staff welcome you according to tradition with professionalism in the enveloping and classic atmosphere that is expected on site. The cuisine evolves from the most characteristic dishes of the Castellana cuisine, rotating 360 degrees on well-chosen variations from imaginative and tasty dishes that complement tastes and flavors according to the season without ever deviating from the "Roma" DNA.

Oste gentile che,con fare affabile e familiare, ci ha accompagnati in un ottima cena in cui hanno brillato una gustosissima focaccia calda,le polpette al sugo,le polpette di melanzane, gli gnocchi alla zucca.....

The room furnished with taste and attention to detail creates an atmosphere of times gone by. The cuisine is very refined. Nothing is left to chance. Excellent taste and delicacy at the same time, despite choosing dishes that would be very elaborate on paper. An example above all are the tonnarelli cacio e pepe and the amatriciana. After dessert I would have started again from the beginning, the dishes were so delicate. Overall, highly recommended.

Ambiente simpatico, ci siamo accomodati in uno spazio sopra una pedana, siamo stati serviti velocemente, a me è piaciuta ogni portata, tutto in abbondanza, molto buona la trippa, i fagioli con le cotiche, l'abbacchio, ci ritornerei volentieri.
