We organized a dinner with colleagues and we all had a great time, starting with the warm welcome from all the staff throughout the dinner, the attention to detail in the food and service, but what struck us most was the friendliness and presence of the waitresses despite the heavy workload. I'll be back.

We had dinner in this restaurant outside the city for a business dinner and everything was perfect from the service to the food with typical dishes and more.

Simply fantastic! Excellent food! Generous portions and fair prices! The only downside, if I had to find one thing, was the smell of fried food. However, we will definitely be back for Borlenghi night. Thank you so much!

Saturday evening with friends: Tagliatelle with wild boar, venison stew,
fried gnocco with prosciutto,
fried porcini mushrooms... a true mountain dinner in the plains, 10 minutes from the center of Modena (the only downside was the smell of fried food in the dining room). We'll be back for Borlenghi evening, every Wednesday!

Food 5: Fine, fresh, simple but honest, good cuisine.
Ambience 3.5: Unfortunately, a poorly maintained building, very echoey.
Staff/Service 5: Very friendly and efficient
Wine 5: Small but fine wine list, something for every taste and budget, plenty of Lambrusco, which tasted wonderful with the various dishes.
Value for money 5: A great country pub

There are things in life that you never forget, for example the first kiss, the wedding day, the birth of a child and among these things there are the tortelli of the old spinning mill, phenomenal, everything else is excellent too but the tortelli are something magnificent
