Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

Booked by chance for the beetle gathering in Staggia. We had a great time, great kindness, absolute cleanliness, amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back, it's an excellent stop in Tuscany, quality for the price.

We are a working group that uses this facility whenever we are in the area. The hotel is from another era, but the strategic position and the availability and kindness of the managers and staff make up for everything. I would recommend varying and expanding the breakfast buffet.

Functional hotel because of its location in the center of Colle Val d'Elsa, a less famous and well-known town than others in Chianti but very convenient for reaching everything (Monteriggioni, Volterra, Siena, ...). An old three-star hotel that needs to be rejuvenated

Old paper mill, unique place with friendly and helpful staff who fulfills every request. Clean room equipped with all comforts. Located in the center of

The location is ideal for visiting the city with also a large car park nearby. The room was perfect, quite large with comfortable amenities. The buffet breakfast is abundant with fresh products, both Italian and international. Unbeatable value for money. Very kind staff. If we are in the area again we will definitely return
