Hotel located near Siena. Excellent welcome and service. Buffet breakfast very rich in products, with freshly baked croissants. Rooms ideal for short stays but overall clean and spacious.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city. The staff is excellent, very nice and helpful. I have rarely experienced such nice staff. We vacationed here with our two small children and we had fun. Maybe there should be a little variety in the breakfast buffet, but otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Colle Val d'Elsa square. The room was small, but equipped with the necessary. The bathroom is a bit small and decidedly old; the bed is comfortable. A big flaw concerns the soundproofing, which is absolutely non-existent. You can hear every little noise coming from the other rooms and the corridor. The doors would also need to be reviewed, because at night the light from the corridor entered both from below and from the sides. The breakfast, however, is good and plentiful, croissants, cold cuts, bread, cereals, yogurt and fruit. Hot drinks are served directly by the staff. The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly, she recommended some restaurants in the town and car parks in Siena.

I would like to give even more stars but unfortunately it is not possible. I had a super positive experience in this very beautiful and welcoming structure. In particular because it was the only one that during the white roads kept the price of the stay in the norm unlike all the other various hotels in the area that raised the prices in an exaggerated way. I also recommend it for the very convenient location to all the various wonderful things to see in the area.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and location very close to the centre. Also convenient because it has a garage for parking cars.

PARKING It is quite difficult to find parking outside the hotel. I recommend booking the hotel garage. ROOM (No. 205) A medium-sized room, very clean but starting to show its age The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the soundproofing of the rooms is very poor and the windows do not allow total blackout. The heating system is obsolete and quite noisy even when turned off. BATHROOM The bathroom was small and equipped with a shower. Overall very good cleanliness. The only flaw I found was the strong smell perhaps coming from the pipes. BREAKFAST The breakfast room is medium-sized and offers local savory products and sweets such as cakes or croissants. RESTAURANT The hotel does not have this service. CONCLUSIONS The hotel is starting to show its age and in my opinion it would need a refresh as well as the heating system in the room. The service is impeccable, the staff will try to satisfy your requests and has always been very friendly and helpful. For a short stay I still recommend this property for the kindness of the staff and the strategic location. Unfortunately, however, I do not feel like giving more than three stars.

Un bel albergo situato al centro di varie località. Stanza spaziosa ed accogliente. La signora Margherita è un ottima padrona di casa gentile e disponibile per ogni informazione. Migliorerei solamente un po di più la pulizia.

Si ! l'hotel è a 3 stelle ma la Signora Margherita e il personale lo fanno diventare a 6 con lode!!!! La colazione è fantastica e il crème caramel è un tuffo nel passato!!! Grazie di tutto siete stati la ciliegina della nostra piccola vacanza.😗
