Mr. Gianni from the gastronomy spade is an extremely kind, precise and attentive person. It is now the third time that we have relied on him for our events and I must say that this time too we received many compliments. Five stars are the minimum to judge them! They took care of our buffet for the wedding reception in a location in Monferrato. VERY FRESH food, presented finger food in a colourful, graceful and delicious way! We also agreed with them on salads in special bowls, fresh and abundant! There wasn't a guest who didn't compliment the quality and goodness of the food! They also managed the variations very well for an allergic person and a vegan, everything was perfect and delicious for them too! Infinitely THANK YOU for bringing quality food on a special day!!! Thanks to word of mouth we requested catering for our daughter's confirmation and what can I say... everything was perfect! La Vanga delivered everything to our home. Delicious finger food with attention to the smallest detail, all quality ingredients and very balanced flavours; in short, everyone is happy!
