Spectacular pinsa, very kind and punctual service, very pleasant atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the main square. I don't know if this is what the name refers to, but it really is the best triad you could ask for from any restaurant: excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!

Located in Montecelio right in the square. Very small but welcoming place. It offers only a pizza or pinsa menu with the possibility of taking a good variety of sandwiches. Very rich menu for the various types of pizzas with red, white or special bases. Possibility of also choosing calzones. Everything can be accompanied by an appetizer of fried foods with classic or more particular supplì. Each pizza flavor can also be taken in the pinsa version which is the characteristic of this place. Very easy-going, with a mise en place with paper plates and cups. Moderate and standard prices. Some pizza flavors are very good with well-matched ingredients. Excellent the peculiarity of putting scissors at the table and cutting the pizza more comfortably. The only flaw is the slightly slow service. Recommended

Solo tre parole... Sorrisi, ottimo cibo, simpatia. Ciò che fa di un buon posto un ottimo posto. Supplì artigianali ECCEZIONALI, birra Ichnusa alla spina ottima, pizze e pinse buonissime. Io ho provato il calzone SPECIALE, con cotto salsiccia funghi ventricina nduja e mozzarella, un esplosione di sapore. Buonissime olive ascolane. Cordialità e sorrisi sono ciò che servono rendendo una cena una esperienza da vivere e da ripetere. A presto

Finally the real Roman pinsa..... Regardless of the countless flavors to try, there is only one thing to say in favor of customers.....
