Spectacular pinsa, very kind and punctual service, very pleasant atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the main square. I don't know if this is what the name refers to, but it really is the best triad you could ask for from any restaurant: excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!

Located in Montecelio, right in the piazza. A very small but welcoming place. It offers only pizza and pinsa, with the option of a good variety of sandwiches. The menu is extensive, offering various types of pizza, including red, white, and specialty pizzas. Calzones are also available. All dishes can be accompanied by a fried appetizer with classic or more unusual supplì. Each pizza flavor can also be ordered as a pinsa, which is a hallmark of this place. Very casual, with a table setting featuring paper plates and cups. Prices are reasonable and reasonable. Some pizza flavors are very good, with well-matched ingredients. The ability to place scissors at the table for easy cutting is a great feature. The only downside is the somewhat slow service.

Solo tre parole... Sorrisi, ottimo cibo, simpatia. Ciò che fa di un buon posto un ottimo posto. Supplì artigianali ECCEZIONALI, birra Ichnusa alla spina ottima, pizze e pinse buonissime. Io ho provato il calzone SPECIALE, con cotto salsiccia funghi ventricina nduja e mozzarella, un esplosione di sapore. Buonissime olive ascolane. Cordialità e sorrisi sono ciò che servono rendendo una cena una esperienza da vivere e da ripetere. A presto

Just three words... Smiles, great food, and friendliness. These are the things that make a good place a great place. EXCEPTIONAL artisanal supplì, excellent Ichnusa beer on tap, delicious pizzas and pinsas. I tried the SPECIAL calzone, with ham, sausage, mushrooms, ventricina, nduja, and mozzarella—an explosion of flavor. Delicious Ascoli olives. Finally, the real Roman pinsa.
Aside from the countless flavors to try, there's only one thing to say in favor of the customers...
The wait is a little longer than usual, but as I mentioned above, EVERYTHING IS MADE FRESHLY, NOTHING IS FROZEN... and obviously, the taste is enhanced.
Artisanal supplì, delicious platters, sandwiches that won't make you miss Tivoli... and craft and draft beers at affordable prices make the LA TRIADE pizzeria, in a stunning medieval village, a delightful evening to share with friends.
