I tried the SPECIAL calzone, with cooked sausage, ventricina, mushrooms, nduja and mozzarella, an explosion of flavour. Delicious Ascoli olives. Finally the real Roman pinsa..... Regardless of the countless flavors to try, there is only one thing to say in favor of customers..... The wait was a little longer than usual, but as I already wrote above, IT'S EVERYTHING MADE AT THE MOMENT, THERE IS NOTHING FROZEN....., and obviously the taste doesn't make any difference. Artisanal supplies, tasty platters, sandwiches that won't make you regret Tivoli..., craft and draft beers with controlled prices, make the LA TRIADE pizzeria in a beautiful medieval village a very pleasant evening to share with friends.

Got 3 pizzas and 3 supplì for the first time.. I have to say that it didn't disappoint expectations.. good.. I recommend it ☺️
