What a wonderful discovery! This trattoria combines authentic flavors and high-quality cuisine with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. We started with the tender and fragrant Roman-style artichokes, and the fresh and flavorful puntarelle with anchovies and Roman ricotta. The rosemary potato flan with speck and buffalo mozzarella was irresistible, while the carbonara with truffle was a true treat for the palate, creamy and fragrant. The expertly crafted garlic and olive oil surprised us: seemingly simple, yet incredibly balanced and full of character. The Neapolitan ragù won us over with its intense and enveloping flavor, and the broccoli and sausage lasagna was a pleasant surprise, original and tasty. The icing on the cake was the heated veranda in the garden, perfect for enjoying dinner even on cooler evenings, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and attentive without ever being intrusive. A place we'll definitely return to, to savor traditional and original dishes, all prepared with great care and passion. The menu is so extensive that you can try new flavors every time, though it must be said that his carbonara with homemade paccheri is a flawlessly executed classic that's irresistible. Another highlight is the variety of vegetables you can sample: Roman broccoli cacio e pepe, mixed farmer's vegetables, puntarelle with pistachio pesto, or even delicious escarole fritters with pecorino cheese... all fabulous dishes. I could spend hours praising the mastery of this talented chef, but I think you have to try it to understand... I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious meal in a charming internal courtyard!

The four of us came here (mom, dad, my brother, and I) for lunch. We were incredibly hungry, but luckily the place will be seen, and the very kind waiter sat us down in a place with a fan… in that heat, it really felt like heaven! He brought up an interesting and well-described proposal with his aunt. The camera has been watching calmly, and the food is still on the menu, so he left without rushing us—really nice. For appetizers, we had the Roman-style artichokes with ricotta and the sautéed mussels: spectacular, I have no words to describe how good many pits are 😍 (her recommendation, by the way ✨). We ordered the ingredients with various toppings: amatriciana, arrabbiata, and truffle carbonara. All three were delicious, worthy of a chef's kiss ✨. My dad had two beers and thought they were excellent. I don't drink alcohol, so I can't say, but he was satisfied. We finished everything too early because we were so hungry, so we couldn't take photos, but next time we'll definitely do it. Insomnia, fantastic hope, super friendly staff, and top notch. I'll definitely be back, with anyone... or even alone 😆🥰

Il locale è bellissimo, sia l’interno che l’esterno, le loro polpette una garanzia come il resto del menù, si mangia bene in un’atmosfera serena e tranquilla. Il ragazzo in sala, Giuseppe, bravo, preparato e simpatico. Ci tornerò presto!
