27/12/2024: Tried it with a promotion for the first time. It is a place located in a very particular position, the Cervia salt pan, certainly best visible during sunset. In any case, a short road from the main road leads to this restaurant which has a small sales point at the entrance, relating to the surrounding environment to enhance the salt, in fact.
