Excellent meat, cooked to perfection. Tender and succulent. We took a Parrilada special for 3 people (2kg of meat for 5 cuts and 3 side dishes) and 5 empanadas, in 5 people we left very full. Recommended as always!

Good and recommended grilled meat, also the empanadas all very good, absolutely recommended in Biella city (I don't know of any valid alternatives in the area). Service instead needs to be reviewed: no one is in a hurry when going to the restaurant, but make yourself comfortable because the wait could be unnerving. Very long wait even just to order drinks and management of the table service a bit chaotic

Splendid room with barrel vaults. Excellent food. The cuts of meat are of quality. Obviously the plus is the grilling. Fair price. Courteous staff.

Argentine restaurant in the center of Biella. We went on a Friday evening, unfortunately there was only one waitress to cover the entire place, so the service was quite slow. Vast menu with a wide choice of products, we had a barbecue to split in two, good, but not exceptional. A little disappointed with the size of the outline. Prices not exactly cheap (the grill in the photo costs 40 euros)

A very nice experience. You can't miss the Empanadas as an appetizer, I took both the chicken and the meat ones and after having tasted them I couldn't say which was the best. As a second course I chose the "country" grill with fried potatoes in their skin (for one person) a very generous portion, in fact I shared it. I must confess that all cuts of meat were delicious and tender (asado, sausage, picanha and rump). To end on a sweet note, I shared a panqueque with the original Argentinian dulce de leche and coffee. Reasonable prices for the quality: Total dinner x2: €60 I gave the location 3/5 stars because it is simple, not too chic. I will definitely go back.

We went to this restaurant last weekend and tried the "All You Can Meat" of Argentine meat, consisting of 11 courses in total. Once the lap is completed, it is possible to start again from the first to the eleventh. The quality of the meat was excellent and the price was really affordable: €35 per person, drinks not included but side dishes included. An experience definitely worth repeating!

Food quality always excellent. The restaurant has changed location and is now large and new in the center of Biella. It was Saturday evening and there were quite many people but they served us in the right time. The quality is definitely there and everything is freshly cooked. Fairly high cost but correct in my opinion. Convenient parking right in front of the venue.

Lo Chalet Steak House & Potatoes

01/06/2025: A Renovation That Changes Everything I returned to this restaurant after a while, driven by the good memories of my previous experience when you could enjoy excellent hamburgers and French fries. Unfortunately, the renovation has completely changed the identity of the place. The restaurant has been really well renovated: the environment is welcoming, and the staff is kind and professional. For lovers of red meat, this is definitely the right place, the selection is wide and of quality. What disappointed me most is the drastic reduction in the variety of the menu. If before there was a good choice of dishes, now the offer is very specialized. Zero options for those who prefer white meat, a major limitation. The first courses are average, nothing memorable. The portion of gnocchi with exactly 6 pieces is absolutely too much for the asking price (16€). The Quality-Price Ratio Fillet at 32€ without side dish: excessive. Water from 0.75cl at 4€: I would only pay it if it were holy water! Side dishes at €7: definitely above average. I opted for the ribs, which I remembered as good, and I wasn't disappointed: generous portion and confirmed flavor. The food is good, that's undeniable, but the restaurant seems to have positioned itself in a very specific range, both in terms of type of clientele and budget. It's no longer the "for everyone" place it once was. Will I return? Honestly, I don't know. The change was too radical compared to what I was looking for.

18/01/2024: Locale in pieno centro a Novara, in linea con quello che è il format della catena. Pizza buona e servizio rapido e gentile.
22/11/2023: Siamo stati per caso in questo locale, vicinissimo al centro di Novara. Il posto è abbastanza grande, con tavolini molto piccoli (abbastanza distanziati). Si mangiano poche pizze tradizionali ed una serie di pizze di ispirazione "regionale" che secondo me non sono caratterizzate per gli ingredienti (se fai la Valdostana ci metti la fontina, al peggio il lardo, ma non i funghi...). Abbiamo preso una parmigiana ed un tagliere di pizza ripiena. Quest'ultima non ci è piaciuta, inoltre era molto bruciata. Anche la parmigiana, non era soddisfacente perché le melanzane erano fritte. In fine un dolce (Rocher). Tuttavia, le pizze che abbiamo visto girarci attorno avevano una bella faccia ed il personale è stato gentilissimo (ci hanno fatto lo sconto per la focaccia bruciata). Per questo non posso non tenerne conto.
