La Torteria In Vercelli

Professionalism, kindness and hospitality. These are the first three terms that come to mind when thinking about this place. In addition to being a really beautiful and well-organized place, it has become a meeting point where you can spend some good time. The food is really good and fresh... and Ginseng.... which I always take, I think it's the best in all of Vercelli, without taking anything away from anyone. I congratulate the two guys and all the girls who work there, for their professionalism, but above all for the nice atmosphere that you feel as soon as you enter the place, something that is no longer taken for granted. Well done, well done and well done.

La Torteria is a special place in the heart of the city, not only because of its very central position which makes it easily reachable by everyone, but above all because over time it has become a real meeting point for many young people. People come here not only to enjoy excellent desserts and drink something good (pay attention to the prices though), but also to study together, get to know each other, form a community. Personally, as a young citizen, I found in this place a safe and welcoming environment, where feeling at home is natural. A heartfelt thank you goes to Verena, Adam and Nicolò: attentive, thoughtful people, always available and with that friendly look that makes the difference. Their care and kindness are an enormous, fundamental value, and make La Torteria a unique place. Those who frequent this place know that here you can not only find a good coffee or a cake made to perfection, but also real human relationships and a positive and genuine atmosphere that is good for anyone who passes by. As a City Councillor, I am sincerely happy to see that there is a place in Vercelli that brings young people together and encourages them to stay, live and make our city grow, making it more alive and more beautiful every day.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the gnocchi were absolutely not fresh: hard and "old" with the slightly acidic sauce. Ok, on Monday lunchtime the cuisine is not yet well assorted after the weekend, but a little attention is needed. I only ate them because I don't like throwing food away.
