La Torre In Aosta

What an experience...a road trip with my family and my little ones aged 4 and 10 months. It's as if time had stopped at Peppe's...graniglia floors, ancient and traditional flavours, dated wooden chairs...but on the first of May there were 200 people with very fast service and an inebriating smell of roasted meat...and then those fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffles!!! If you're on the road, perhaps to go and see the bears of Campoli, the stop is a must and you will be satisfied. On sunny days, there is the scent of grass and nature all around, the modest prices and the 92 year old grandpa!!! who cooks up to 40 sausages at the same time!! Cool!

Excellent quality homemade dishes, genuine products, porcini and truffle fettuccine, and superlative grilled lamb. Fair price.
