Met at the craft fair in Milan, I said I would order the doves and so I did. Excellent quality product, really light and fluffy dough, really delicious cream, the only point is that if you write "double cream filling" that's how it should be. The dove is poor in that respect, but it doesn't take anything away from the fact that it is truly an excellent product and that I will continue to order!! Compliments!

14/01/2024: I felt at home. Warm welcome and kindness from the owner Marco (also the hotel's chef) and the dining room staff. We tasted the specialties of chef Marco, originally from Puglia, including appetizers, ravioli filled with buffalo ricotta handmade by himself, grilled meat and a "Bombetta" of suckling pig, from Puglia, which delighted our palates. Last but not least, for dessert, ricotta and pears, always made by the expert hands of Chef Marco. All washed down with a light rosé wine from the Benevento area. More than satisfied, we will see you again as soon as possible.

04/01/2024: Characteristic and particularly welcoming place. Excellent food, equally good wine. The thing that struck us most was the friendliness and preparation of this girl who served us. Made the whole thing a 10! We recently left and… we already feel nostalgic for it.
