25/06/2025: What an incredible experience! Duo truly deserves all the praise it receives. The food was outstanding and uniquely flavorful. Each dish told its own story, and the plating was absolutely breathtaking! The creativity displayed was remarkable. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is conveniently located near the historic center, making it easily walkable from many hotels. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. While the prices are on the higher side, the culinary experience makes it worthwhile. Congratulations to the team!

13/06/2025: Congratulations to Duo for a wonderful dining experience. From our welcome arrival the service everything was perfect. Paola our chef treated us to a wonderful journey starting with a tasty and surprising almost like lentil popcorn. The grisini, seeded bread and our oyster gelato and caviar starter was exquisite and took us all by surprise. Our dorato fish melted in our mouths and the lamb was beautifully cooked. A must to try is the spectacular sea desert with a caper and anchovy meringue , lemon mousse, caper dust and basil cream…. One of the most unique desserts I have eaten. There were 13 of us and we all left amazed and very contented. Thank you so much to the Duo kitchen team who smiled and waved through the glass window in the kitchen. which was also a lovely touch to see the team at work. Duo is a must to try out side the touristy Lecce restaurants in the old city centre.
