I was there on Wednesday, March 18th, for the smash burger promotion I'd seen on social media. I was about to write something, but I stumbled upon the negative review, which honestly seemed unrealistic and exaggerated, so I feel like I should add my opinion. I was there during the event, and yes, it's true that there were delays. However, there was a very strong promotion that attracted a lot of people at once, and the turnout was unexpected and extraordinary for a Wednesday night: the place was packed and only lightened up around 11 when many customers left. Under these conditions, organizational or technical issues can arise, especially when the place is under pressure. Plus, the evening was about smash burgers, which isn't a two-minute affair: the bread needs to be flattened and cooked carefully, and the same goes for the burger. They're not ordinary sandwiches, so even with all the staff's hard work, it takes time to prepare them well. Calling the atmosphere "A" or saying the place was half empty is simply untrue: There were really a lot of people and the atmosphere was lively. Writing such a harsh review without considering the context and the sacrifices behind each evening is ungenerous and mean. Isolated incidents like this don't define a place as a whole. It's true I waited a bit, but in the end the sandwiches were worth the wait.

A friend of mine and I came to try the new Smash. I won't deny that I only came to try them given the Wednesday promotion, but I have to say that both my friend and I were pleasantly surprised. We'll definitely be back.

My friends and I went to try Caffettiamo's brand new smash burgers and were really happy with them! On Wednesdays, to celebrate the new addition to the menu, they're having a super-convenient promotion: smash burger + fries for €5. A great opportunity to treat yourself to a quality sandwich without spending too much, it's practically unmissable. 🤩🤩 Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and ordered takeout, even though the sandwiches are supposed to be eaten fresh. We ordered the pistachio and bacon sandwiches. Both were spectacular, truly delicious. The meat wasn't overly "smashed," but I personally appreciated that: it stays juicier and doesn't lose all its juices. At the same time, it had a delicious crust around the edges and was very tender on the inside, with an excellent Maillard reaction. 🥓🍔 You could taste the quality and it was cooked perfectly. The pistachio was delicious, but that's nothing new. The pistachio at Caffettiamo is always a sure thing. 😍😍 Ciccio, the owner, gave us a super warm welcome. It was a great Wednesday evening, definitely worth repeating. Even before eating the sandwiches, we knew they'd be fabulous. Highly recommended.

I tried the new smash burgers and I can say they were a very pleasant surprise! I highly recommend the bacon one; the cheddar on top was just the right amount of creamy and paired perfectly with the bacon and meat, creating a balanced and incredibly tasty mix. The fries go well with the burger; simple but perfect to round it all off. Special mention goes to Ciccio, the owner, who welcomed us with great warmth and friendliness. The atmosphere is genuine and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It was a great evening and I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back.

We had dinner at Ciccio Pasticcio's Caffettiamo on a Sunday with friends, and I must say the welcome was the real highlight of the evening. Courtesy here isn't just a detail, but the cornerstone of the entire establishment. Kudos to Francesco, the owner, who, in addition to his rare diligence and hospitality, is a truly delightful person. He makes you feel at home right away, and his management creates an extremely pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, the quality is unquestionable. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is top-notch; there's generous use of pistachios, which are found practically everywhere in the dough and toppings, but every dish is prepared with care and is truly appreciable. The value for money is also excellent, which is always a plus. The only downside, unfortunately, is the decor, which feels a bit run-of-the-mill and not up to par with the cuisine and service; Inside, there's also a strange, musty smell that could use some fixing. The outside looks decidedly nicer and more refined, but that's clearly not a viable option in the winter. In short: a place where you eat well and are treated with the utmost care. It's just a shame about the restaurant itself, which deserves a makeover to showcase Francesco's energy and talent.

A very welcoming place, the staff is approachable yet friendly, respectful, and professional. I really enjoyed my stay, and since it's my second time there, I definitely won't miss a third. A well-deserved 5 stars, and thank you again.

Welcoming location, friendly staff, and Ciccio is a truly nice person who makes you feel at ease! We ate well, and even though the place was full on a Saturday night, he couldn't say no to a request for an off-menu Nutella pizza for a little girl. I recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, peaceful evening. I'll definitely be back!

Our go-to place every time we go to Sicily. We've tried the entire menu over the years, and there isn't a single dish that isn't delicious. The owner is the icing on the cake. Extremely kind and friendly. See you soon, Ciccio ❤️
