Without a doubt, the best restaurant we've tried in Sicily. The food is spectacular. Based on quality, fresh produce, the dishes are executed to a very high standard. If you're in Syracuse, don't miss it. We had the varied fish and seafood crudo: oysters, bluefin tuna, swordfish, red shrimp, and crayfish. Incredible. Ravioli filled with grouper, with the option of adding freshly grated truffle. The dish also includes crayfish and red shrimp. If you can order it with truffle, even better. A €7 supplement is available for the truffle. We loved it. Sicilian bluefin tuna. Incredible. The combination of the sun-dried tomato sauce, the eggplant, and the tuna surprised me with its flavor. My suggestion for this dish to the chef: this same recipe in tuna tataki, with the tuna left raw in the center and seared on the outside. It would make a spectacular dish. Cannoli dessert. I've had better ones in Sicily, but in any case, it's delicious and special, as they make it with a different ricotta. We paired it with the house red wine.
