Very good aperitif with saffron

Excellent food and original place recommended

Very nice place with furnishings that recall the warmth of home where you can also buy Friulian saffron-based products. It also has a terrace with spectacular views of the stream with tables or a more intimate room with a fireplace. The place is run by a very nice and kind couple who can also advise you on wines, liqueurs, gins and grappas. The staff who lend a hand are young and cheerful. I will definitely be back.

Loved the food, and in particular the fact that they have a selection of vegetarian food (quite unusual for these parts) as well as traditional dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming; the staff are young and easy going, yet the service is very good. We really enjoyed the terrace out back which looks out onto the river. Very reasonable prices too - we spent just over €20 per person for a meal which included a shared starter, two mains, coffee, water and a half litre of wine.
