Clean, professional waiters who are friendly and helpful but not stuffy. Very fast service. The food and dishes were very well prepared and very good. Price higher than average but proportionate to the service received. Advised!

Saturday 29th March I have been to Taverna di Frasassi I have to say that I had already been there several other times and each time I had a better opinion of the previous one but today I have to say that I was absolutely surprised by the goodness of the efficiency of the service by the grace and education of the staff and the sweetness of the owner who looks after the customers as if they were family. Wonderful environment taken care of down to the smallest details and very importantly, it gives a sense of familiarity to things. You are not guests but considered friends. Massimo

Arrived here for a quick lunch, before visiting the caves. Quiet and intimate environment. Friendly but slow staff. Good dishes with particular combinations of ingredients.
The only major flaw in the experience was the slowness of the staff. One hour to be able to consume a first/second course and a dessert. Really too much considering that there were only three customers in the room besides us

Sono ritornato in questo bellissimo ristorante, ho trovato sempre un ottima accoglienza ,menu fantastico che loro lo cambiano ogni stagione, però una cosa la devo dire non capisco le recensioni negative degli altri commensali, noi ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene .
Ritorneremo sicuramente.
PS. Non recensisco mai più di due volte la stessa struttura ,questa è un eccezione.
Comunque, Bravi continuate cosi !

Passati per caso a Frasassi, ristorante caratteristico, rustico ma dal taglio gourmet, cibi della tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave più attuale.
Cervo, trota e cinghiale sono i protagonisti, tutto molto buono.
Non mi è piaciuto invece che nel menù non siano riportati gli ingredienti principali ne gli allergeni, quindi ti trovi mezzo uovo sodo o maionese dove non penseresti di trovarla, e questo non va bene.
