The place is welcoming, the food and service are excellent, and the price seemed reasonable.

January 31, 2026 Today, after a visit to the stunning Frasassi Caves, we had lunch at the Taverna di Frasassi. We were greeted at the entrance by Mrs. Tea, who was very professional and courteous. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with tasty, beautifully prepared dishes, with a special touch that really struck us: Mrs. Tea, having learned that my wife was celebrating her birthday, offered us a delicious cake with a candle. Truly appreciated.

After our experience at the caves, we stopped by chance at this pleasant restaurant. The dining experience was beyond our expectations. The service and ambiance were excellent, but the real stars were the dishes: excellent tagliatelle al cacao with venison ragù, and a superb rabbit roll. Worth a try, not only in the area, but also worth the trip.
