We were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the food from the lovely mini antipasto brought to welcome us - a palate pleasing morsel of creamy pecorino with a tangy orange topping - the warm homemade bread and the two “primi”, pappardelle with wild boar white ragù and gnocchetti with smoked trout. Service was very good with our waitress making a point of coming to say goodbye as we left. Definitely recommend.

I can say that my wife and I are leaving Spoleto to eat at Taverna di Frasassi. We've been frequenting it since 2019 and we love it. The owner is a very sweet lady, and the waitresses are very friendly and professional. The food is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Just went out for a quick lunch, but it was a wonderful surprise!
I had a wild boar and beetroot burger, probably one of the best burgers I've ever had! It rivals another I had several years ago in the Langhe! The porcini mushroom passatello and parmesan cream was absolutely remarkable!!! The side dishes of delicious potato chips and incredibly well-prepared and tasty sautéed vegetables!
Service run by two very professional and charming young women! Punctual, fast, concise, and friendly!
The place is well-kept, with welcoming lighting and colors.
The price is fair and absolutely in line.
Highly recommended.

Five stars for everything. Friendly service, out-of-this-world pappardelle with wild boar, and a mega-excellent Pavesino. I've attached photos of my dishes and those of my companions, to give you an idea of the professionalism displayed. I can't tell you about parking, since we parked in front and at lunchtime. Highly recommended.

Serata veramente piacevole e rilassante in questo locale, che ha un atmosfera molto intima. Cibo ottimo. La signora Tea (titolare) è molto preparata e gentile. Super consigliato.
Buon ristorante vicinissimo alla biglietteria per le grotte. Ottimi piatti e accoglienza gentilissima, compreso un assaggio di benvenuto. Conto leggermente alto ma in linea con la qualità del cibo e la comodità della posizione.
Peccato per i tavoli fuori che sono proprio a fianco ad alcune auto parcheggiate in strada Nel complesso buono.
