After a visit to the Frasassi Caves, we stopped at this restaurant... a pleasant discovery. The dishes offered are typical local dishes with a modern twist. The porcini mushroom passatello and the beef tartare were both excellent.

Last night, August 24, 2025, my wife, daughter, and I had dinner at this taverna, and I can only say that all three of us were delighted. The platter was excellent, with local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by quality crescia. My daughter's first course was tagliatelle with traditional ragù, with well-cooked pasta and spectacular ragù; I even mopped it up myself 😋. My wife's porchetta suckling pig was incredibly tender, and both the fennel and the creamed potatoes paired perfectly. And for me, I'm not exaggerating, but I probably ate one of the best dishes of my life... Rabbit and Apple The meat melted in my mouth, the apple added acidity to the dish, the tamarind mayonnaise complemented everything and made it sublime... I could eat it all over again. The desserts are also worth it; everything was delicious. I also congratulate the owner who served us. She was professional, discreet, and unobtrusive. Finally, a special shout-out goes to the chef. I didn't dine last night, but I had—or rather, we had—a truly delicious experience. Thank you, my sincere compliments. Emiliano, Lisa, and little Roberta. Keep up the good work.

Just steps from the station where the bus to the Ash Caves departs. Varied menu and excellent ingredients.

Very nice place. It may seem touristy but it is not at all. Attention to the smallest details. Minimal but perfect equipment. Excellent food and good wine cellar. Special praise to the waitresses (all women) especially the girl who served us: nice, efficient but never intrusive. The owner is an excellent hostess. Brave, brave, brave.

Serata veramente piacevole e rilassante in questo locale, che ha un atmosfera molto intima. Cibo ottimo. La signora Tea (titolare) è molto preparata e gentile. Super consigliato.

Buon ristorante vicinissimo alla biglietteria per le grotte. Ottimi piatti e accoglienza gentilissima, compreso un assaggio di benvenuto. Conto leggermente alto ma in linea con la qualità del cibo e la comodità della posizione. Peccato per i tavoli fuori che sono proprio a fianco ad alcune auto parcheggiate in strada Nel complesso buono.
