Excellence.
Convinced by the very good reviews and looking for a place to have lunch near the wonderful Frasassi caves, we booked.
A well-assorted group of children, babies and adults who, despite having arrived quite early, the staff was already ready to welcome with the utmost professionalism.
After decades of service between the dining room and kitchen, I immediately recognize the level of the structure, small details reveal the great professionalism of the staff at the table, available and friendly for every request, especially regarding choices from the menu.
The specialties offered are many and all extremely inviting, in particular the game, in the end we decide on both the courses and the wine, choosing the grape variety above all, the cellar has been selected impeccably by the staff.
Well, having served the children immediately and satisfied their hunger, we enter little by little into the excellence of a cuisine, refined and precise, after a tasty opening, the courses arrive impeccable in every sense, dishes pleasing to the eye and well cared for, perfectly balanced taste, with timing well calibrated to our needs, definitely a culinary experience more than a simple lunch.
Delighted by the welcome, we chatted for a bit and ended up enjoying a fantastic dessert that was completely out of the ordinary.
In short, we are not a group that normally frequents excellence, we get along well almost everywhere, but we definitely appreciated this move into haute cuisine, enjoying the whole package from the friendliness and promptness of the dining room staff, to the fantastic culinary experience offered to us by the imaginative and professional cuisine.
We will certainly return as I also found the quality/price ratio to be decidedly perfect.
I close by referring to the structure, in itself with its own style, elegant rustic that at times recalls a 70s cabin, well looked after, welcoming and decidedly clean, with large impeccable windows, it seemed like the glass wasn't there 😅

I found this restaurant by looking for one near the Frasassi caves and reading the reviews, and I must say that it was an excellent choice! We ate on the veranda; delicious. The waitress was very knowledgeable and kind. The food was really great! The wild boar burger and the pecorino ice cream are absolutely worth trying, but the first course with truffle and mushrooms and the off-menu veal carpaccio with truffle were also phenomenal. Compliments.

Non sono così frequenti i locali in cui gli ingredienti della tradizione marchigiana, rivisitati con maestria, danno vita a piatti sì raffinati ma caratterizzati da una decisa e sana identità.
Vediamo se riesco a dirlo con parole più semplici: sapori ben abbinati che deliziatno e accarezzano il palato, servizio al tavolo puntuale e attento (al limite della coccola!), ambiente accogliente e curato.
Attenzione data anche alla scelta dei vini, del territorio regionale. Ottimo il pane fatto in proprio.
Complimenti davvero!
Agli amici camionisti dico: andateci senz'altro, ma di domenica, senza fretta, per godervi qualcosa di speciale.
