We ate very well, they are quick, and they also offered us a small welcome entrée, the place is very nice and welcoming, the staff is very professional and kind, I can only recommend it to everyone, excellent value for money, highly recommended, I will be back soon!!!

I am touring Italy all over given my work as a driver and I have tasted many dishes in many places but like this restaurant, with so much attention to detail and such good food you can only find it in starred restaurants, I can only offer compliments because I had the honor of taste their food!!👏👏

Exceptional. Typical dishes (trout, pincinelle, venison) but in a refined way with striking combinations. The desserts are also notable.

A stone's throw from the entrance to the caves is not the usual tourist restaurant.
Fine cuisine and decidedly good quality dishes, a limited menu for the benefit of quality.
We ate very well and although the lady was alone in the room the service was attentive and precise.
Definitely correct account. I highly recommend, well done!

Passati per caso a Frasassi, ristorante caratteristico, rustico ma dal taglio gourmet, cibi della tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave più attuale.
Cervo, trota e cinghiale sono i protagonisti, tutto molto buono.
Non mi è piaciuto invece che nel menù non siano riportati gli ingredienti principali ne gli allergeni, quindi ti trovi mezzo uovo sodo o maionese dove non penseresti di trovarla, e questo non va bene.

A beautiful discovery after visiting the Frasassi caves! The dishes are excellent, prepared with innovative methods and selected ingredients, some even exotic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is right and the environment is truly welcoming. It is also suitable for children, although it would be perfect if there was a changing table. We will definitely be back!
