La Taverna di Ciacco In Terracina

A true trattoria where you can eat like at home. The ingredients are fresh and take center stage in the dishes. Finally, spaghetti with clams/lupins, where there are no shells but where you can taste the flavor of the seafood. The menu is limited because it respects seasonality and the catch of the day. I would only slightly expand the wine list with something more refined. A plus: the super creamy homemade tiramisu is a must-try. Excellent!! Excellent value for money.

The place is fantastic, the service is flawless, the food … hmmm… and the wine at its best. Go give it a try if you are in San Quirico d’Orcia. Also, the area is not flowed with tourists as in Pienza for example. Everything was perfect.

The place is located in the historic center of Terracina, small, a little off-center and not very bright... But the cuisine with fresh and well-prepared products surprises you in a positive way. I highly recommend it!!!
