We were looking for a quick restaurant in Terracina. Among the refusals received due to the presence of a dog, full occupancy and hardships, we find this. Nice, good and quiet. Sit down, talk, discuss and taste. The house white wine is a lot of stuff. I don't know what it is, but excellent. Very fresh fish. A surprise. To be saved.

Excellent homemade cuisine with a particular menu such as excellent pasta and potatoes. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the platter of cold cuts and cheeses. They could be a little more particular and refined but instead they seemed a bit supermarket-like to me. Friendly and helpful owners. The location of old Terracina is the backdrop. Overall excellent restaurant that I recommend. I will definitely come back

And it really is, in this pizzeria which has already in a short time (deservedly!) established itself as a point of reference in Latina and its province for those looking for a contemporary pizza that makes you dream. Behind the oven, captaining the team of pizza chefs, there is a real guarantee, a number one, a champion: Gabriele Sacchetti, considered without hesitation - and according to hundreds of customers, professionals and even competitors - among the best bakers in our area. With its light, honeycombed and incredibly digestible dough, the result of years of study and love for bread-making, it manages to create pizzas that represent the perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Each creation is a small work of art, with attention to every detail, with the highest quality ingredients (and you can feel it, with every bite!) and never predictable combinations. Even some great classics find space on paper, sometimes in their most authentic form, other times reinterpreted with intelligence and respect, without ever distorting tradition but exalting it with mastery. Personally, I have tasted almost all of them, and I would have difficulty recommending just a few: each one tells a story, a journey, a different moment in life, made up of flavors that intertwine in a wonderful symphony, without ever clashing with each other. Honorable mention to the pans: I will have ordered the one with ham and burrata 1,394,893 times in my life, but every time is like the first. And every time, it makes me dream. To complete the picture, the solid and far-sighted entrepreneurial experience of Luca Salvatori, who has been able to create a welcoming, modern but without excess environment. A place where you can breathe professionalism, but also human warmth. In summary: this pizzeria is not just a place to eat well, but a declaration of love for pizza, made by those who really know it, respect it and bring it to the highest levels every day. An indisputable excellence of our territory.
13/04/2025: Recently opened venue, with a very original concept, inspired by a real art gallery. In fact, on the walls there are various paintings by local artists, I presume, some of which are very interesting. To start, I tried the fried foods, the croquettes and the highly recommended artichoke lasagna, which was truly a discovery as it has a truly crunchy breading and excellent consistency, while the inside is soft and creamy, with very well balanced flavours. Excellent. The contemporary pizzas are well assorted, with classic or more particular and original toppings. I opted for a classic tuna and onions, absolutely tasty, with a well-leavened and digestible dough, cooked impeccably. Promoted!
