Ceremony location, enviable view. Elegant and well-kept outdoor spaces. Inside there is a convivial atmosphere. The staff is professional and very attentive to every customer need. Each dish offered is illustrated with obsessive precision and enthusiasm by the restaurant manager. The service is efficient and precise with times. The portions are generous, the quality and freshness of the fish are unquestionable. Courtesy reigns supreme at the castle tavern, we were honored with a delicious "entrée" and a final bubble which contributed to making our dinner even more pleasant and tasty. Prices related to the quality and quantity of what you eat and drink. There are not many seats, it helps to create a pleasant atmosphere and quality service but it is obvious that booking is also worthwhile on midweek. Five stars well deserved. I would undoubtedly become long-winded in the description of each dish because everything was really excellent, the photos speak for themselves. Congratulations and see you soon.

L'originalità della location, ricavata da un antico edificio medievale, offre un ambiente ed un panorama suggestivo, nonostante la rivisitazione architettonica in chiave moderna, che permette di isolarsi dal contesto urbano. Ottimo il servizio al 5avolo, Guglielmo sa farti entrare nel piatto già nella sua presentazione. Ricercatezza e fantasia nell'elaborazione di piatti sempre nuovi ed originali. Ottimi vini, prezzi equilibrati.

Beautiful evening, excellent food, excellent staff throughout: smiling, friendly and very professional. The maitre Guglielmo is a sublime person with his preparation and extreme friendliness... what can I say? Everything was perfect, we will be back soon ❤️❤️❤️

Il locale è da vero suggestivo, un vero punto di forza. Molto curato il giardino e la location. Antipasti di pesce molto buoni, meno i primi: i risotti troppo cotti. I secondi decisamente meglio,la frittura ottimamente servita. Buoni I dolci e buona la carta dei vini. Servizio molto gradevole

Suggestive location in the heart of the historic center of Vico nel Lazio. Attention to detail and to the customer shines through in every detail. The raw materials used in the dishes tell the story of the territory. Guglielmo's hospitality and professionalism in the dining room are to be considered the plus of this restaurant! 23/01/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Sestilio and was pleasantly impressed by the authenticity and warmth of this place. If you are looking for an authentic culinary experience, made of simple and genuine flavours, in a welcoming and familiar environment, Trattoria Sestilio is the right place. The dishes are simple, homemade and really delicious. I really appreciated the care taken in choosing the fresh, quality ingredients. Each course was a riot of genuine flavours, which reminded me of Sunday family lunches. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. The restaurant is furnished in a simple but refined way, with details that recall tradition. I immediately felt at ease, like at home. The staff was very kind and attentive, always ready to satisfy my requests with a smile. I really appreciated their friendliness and the passion they put into their work. The quality of the food and service is excellent, especially considering the very honest price. I highly recommend Trattoria Sestilio to those looking for an authentic culinary experience, made up of genuine flavors and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A place where you can feel pampered and enjoy simple dishes prepared with love.
19/01/2025: Io la mia Compagna, incuriositi e seguendo le ottime recensioni ,siamo capitati per la prima volta ( 12 gennaio 2025 ) in questa storica trattoria e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti e soddisfatti dapprima del locale, della pulizia ,dell’attenzione rivolta ai clienti , dalla cortesia e professionalità dei camerieri tutti. Tutto sicuramente importante e non scontato! Ma…la cosa più piaciuta e gradita : tutto cio che si era mangiato. A partire dalla pasta fatta giornalmente in casa e ben esposta in una grande vetrina frigo illuminata. i secondi , solo per definizione ai primi. Tutto ottimo e da consigliare senza timore alcuno!! dimenticavo , rapporto qualità prezzo: 10 e LODE
