Be careful, what appears to be grilled swordfish on the menu is actually squid (I got caught).
Fast and friendly service.
However, I avoided eating on the street because there's heavy traffic, cars, scooters, etc., whizzing past your table, and you get a whiff of the pleasant smell of fuel.

The phrase "Palermo's best restaurant" really fits the bill! The food is affordable and delicious👍🏻 It was a perfect meal with mussels, squid ink pasta, and wine〰️

You're in a genuine, popular, Palermo-style trattoria unlike anything you'd find in a popular market like Ballarò. So, there's noise, voices, and friendly approaches to everyone. If you don't pay attention to the paper tablecloth, plastic cups, scattered cutlery, and the chatter of customers and passers-by in the entrance hall, it's a fun place and the food is reasonably good. Today, the pasta alla grassa was excellent!

This very typical trattoria sits in a relatively quiet corner. The outside tables are brushed by cars driving on the wrong side of the road...
The dishes we tried were excellent and plentiful, considering the very reasonable prices. The boiled meat salad is a must. The service was attentive and, ultimately, in keeping with the spirit of the place.

Holy moly the food is good. Expect a roadside restaurant. Plastic chairs and tables. Very very good, traditional food. I went for super simple classic dishes including just garlic and oil pasta.
