Everything is top 😍 the Lucanian carbonara is excellent, absolutely a must try if you come to this place, the potatoes and cruschi and the battered cod are delicious and also the local red wine... the place is very welcoming and typical, the waitress Anna, an Argentine girl transplanted to Lagopesole, is absolutely kind, always with a smile, patient and prepared in explaining all the dishes... an experience to absolutely try again, highly recommended.

delicious, authentic, and plentiful, then eat at this charming and welcoming tavern. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and lots of deliciousness.

After visiting the castle, we stopped for lunch.
A lovely atmosphere, with pleasant background music, very rustic and colorful.
The Lucanian appetizer was satisfying; we tried the Lucanian carbonara, which met our expectations.
Friendly staff. Prices were reasonable.

Very interesting menu. The acquasala and carchiola with vegetables is truly exceptional and plentiful. The first courses are also very good. We'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff. Rediscovered traditional flavors I hadn't been able to find in years. Authentic Lucanian cuisine par excellence. Everything was truly delicious.

A pochi metri dal castello di Lagopesole, la taverna propone piatti della cucina tradizionale lucana, con contaminazioni spagnole.
Locale semplice ed accogliente, servizio attento, acqua sala e baccalà ai cruschi squisiti.
Da anni, è sempre un piacere tornarci
