Fantastic, quiet place. We stayed there with our daughters and they had a blast. The pool (very beautiful and spotlessly clean) also made for a truly relaxing stay. Antonietta and Giorgio are truly unique people, with a helpfulness we've rarely encountered! Thank you so much for everything! We'll definitely be back!

We stayed from August 14th to 16th. What can I say? It was a totally relaxing mini-getaway! The owners, Giorgio and Antonietta, were super nice and helpful. The apartment was super clean, functional, and spacious; we always ate in the garden in the shade of a beautiful olive tree. The pool was clean and convenient, just steps from the house. We'll be back next year; it's truly the perfect place to unwind. Plus, the village of Santa Vittoria is incredibly cute... thanks for everything, Antonietta and Giorgio. See you next year!!! 🙂

Every time I return to the Marche I choose this B&B, wonderful location, immersed in the hills, they also have a beautiful swimming pool.

The amatriciana was tasty and well-balanced, the salad fresh and plentiful, and the pizzaiola with sautéed vegetables was truly tender and flavorful. Excellent quality ingredients, meticulously prepared and authentic cuisine, prompt service, and very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, ideal for both family and co-worker lunches. A restaurant that combines good food, courtesy, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a restaurant in Fermo where you can eat well and feel at home!
