La Tammurriata In Vitulazio

A few evenings ago I had the pleasure of having dinner at the La Tammurriata restaurant with some friends who had spoken very highly of this place to me, and I must say that their expectations were fully rewarded. We began our experience by tasting some very fresh raw meats, which were a real triumph of flavours. The first courses were equally delicious, prepared with high quality ingredients and impeccably presented. I offer my most sincere compliments to the owner Salvatore, who proved to be extremely attentive to customer service, making sure that every detail was perfect. The staff also did their part in a discreet and professional manner. Absolutely recommended.

Eating excellent fish in the center of a town like Vitulazio seems strange but this place will change your mind. The place is small and very welcoming. The service is impeccable but what leaves you speechless is the quality of the raw materials: fresh fish (for real) prepared in a sublime way. Minimal but perfect wine list. Signature desserts. Absolutely worth trying. Well done Salvatore! 👍

The restaurant has a contemporary, refined, non-aseptic style, and cleanliness reigns supreme in every corner. There is no annoying  background music. The service is welcoming, functional and non-invasive: the owner actually interacts with the tables in order to present his cuisine and wines, and to suggest optimal tasting solutions. The menu, entirely based on fish, is interesting and varied. We chose the six-course (hot) starter, a first course and the Nerano-style fish: all excellent quality fish, artfully cooked and served. The selection of desserts is excellent. The final pampering of the spirits, served with all the tricks of the trade, will leave you with a special memory of the dinner and the evening. The bill corresponds to the quality of the products (all cooked with superior quality oil), the comfort of the place and the impeccable service.

Another pleasant evening at Tammurriata, a seafood tavern you don't expect in Bellona. Modern, bright place, where Salvatore welcomes you with cordiality and professionalism. Very fresh fish expertly cooked by the chef. The starters are adorable, always different, a real explosion of flavours. Delicious paccheri with the catch of the day, as well as tuna for tataki lovers. The millefeuille with a very delicate cream closed the dinner. The friends who came to Tammurriata for the first time were very happy.

I was invited to this place for the first time by a friend. I have to say that I was very satisfied.

Sono stata oggi con la famiglia. Nulla da dire sul pesce che si sentiva fresco e gustoso, purtroppo non sempre cucinato bene. Chi si occupa della brace dovrebbe migliorarsi; il tonno e il salmone erano troppo asciutti da non sentirne il sapore. Il servizio è stato poco attento e molto lento da sfiorare il disservizio. Il proprietario molto amabile, gentile, disponibile, davvero una bella persona.
