The beef steak is very good almost the best I ever had. However the others like the pasta with seafood / onion soup is under-average. The service is a bit messy because of the busy Xmas season.

The food was great. The dumplings, carbonara, and tiramisu were especially delicious. The venison ragout, unfortunately, was only average.
The service was mostly very friendly.
The atmosphere was very cozy.

We were there today for Christmas dinner with the family. Wonderful steaks, very attentive waiters. I've been coming to Val Gardena for 10 years and always enjoy going to the Tambrz.

We had a wonderful meal here this winter and, full of enthusiasm, returned in June. The steakhouse is now combined with the pizzeria, which is great, of course. We enjoyed our meal, but would have liked to know which meat was served on the skewer. We would have liked to order another round of drinks, but no one came by. We asked for the dessert menu at the table next to us because no one was looking, and ended up going to the bar because no one was looking. We waited there too to pay. The food is delicious and served quickly, but for the price of the restaurant, you expect much better service from the staff.

The best steaks in Italy. I finally found a restaurant where the waiters know everything about steaks and the chefs know how to prepare them properly. The doneness levels are very well-balanced. The beef is free of any foreign flavors, lightly seasoned, and of the highest quality. There's also pizza from a wood-fired oven, a wide selection of appetizers, even including truffles, and a well-stocked bar. All in a local atmosphere and a very pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for a great evening ;)

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Relaxed atmosphere. Attentive waiter. Variety of meats, pastas, and pizzas. I recommend the Wagyu tartare and carpaccio, and their fluffy truffle gnocchi. I would definitely return.
