La Tambra In Santa cristina valgardena

We've been going to La Tambra for years. The biggest problem with this place is the noise. The restaurant is often very loud and difficult to talk to. Besides that, the pizza is delicious. I don't eat steak, but I've heard good things.

We wandered in by chance during a stroll through Santa Cristina, and immediately sensed the refined atmosphere. The silence, everything very orderly, and I really appreciated the noise-reducing panels at some tables, create a mountain atmosphere with a modern style. We ordered pappardelle with venison sauce; the handmade pasta, paired with minced meat, was truly exceptional. Then we ordered a "Milanese" and it was a very filling dish, difficult to finish on its own. The house wine, a decent Cabernet, was also quite good. I found it strange that they only had Panna water, a Tuscan water, in Trentino? Dolomia is locally grown and is also delicious. Well, it's just an observation and personal taste. They have a variety of meats on the menu, including the famous Japanese meat.

Very good restaurant, we spent a couple of days here and all the dishes were delicious! Praise!

Food was very good with some interesting combinations. For example, a creme brulee made of goat cheese was an unusual but tasty starter. A nice touch was a selection of salts provided with steaks. Staff was friendly, fun but also gave good suggestions.

2026: Ate here twice this week, downstairs at the steakhouse and today upstairs. At the steakhouse downstairs, I had a delicious and tender Chateaubriand (for 2 people). I don't know how they do it, but it was buttery tender and super delicious. A real treat! I had the sirloin steak upstairs, and the same applies here. Don't hesitate, just eat it. I've seen the rest of the menu at other people's tables; I can't judge, but it looked delicious too. The desserts and cocktails (including the Pornstar Martini) could use a bit more attention. 2025: Delicious food, the tenderloin was very tender.

I had the best steak of my life( picanha) . I had to come twice .

The restaurant is located in the center of the village. The staff is very professional and attentive to customers' needs. The food is very good, as are the wines. We liked the slightly subdued and dimly lit atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

Good food, of course...but mineral water 0.75 for €5.20? Anything goes, but we're taking advantage of it a bit too much here.
