Elegant hotel, very good breakfast All staff with warm attention

Excellent location facing the sea and the promenade, where there are many restaurants, high-end businesses and a beach club. The hotel is impeccable, combining classic and old. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is EXPECTACULAR. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

I loved this traditional Italian hotel. The staff were outstanding from the minute I booked. The front desk managers, Gianluca and eduardo, Francesca and others could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic. They are proud to work in The Palace. I loved the location. Rooms to street a little noisy but with very high ceilings, decent beds and a modern clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and abundant fruit and luxury item.Would strongly recommend The Palace Hotel. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in other parts of Italy and Sardinia and this is the first time I would say I loved this place.

We have been to Viareggio many times, but this was the first time at the Palace Hotel. The ambience, the facilities and the good location are excellent for this price category. The breakfast corresponds to the hotel standard and nothing ever ran out. But the special thing about this hotel are the employees. All employees are warm, friendly and strive to fulfill every wish without being intrusive. We really liked that. We are certain that we will come back to the Palace Hotel on our next visit.

Excellent hotel to stay in Viareggio...very welcoming common areas with their history...the food is homemade of great quality...the welcome both in the reception with some tears but above all in the dining room is adequately empathetic always trying to resolve the problems..everything still excellent...super recommended hotel in Viareggio The negative side of my stay was the bathroom recommended by the hotel exactly in front of the swimming pool: dirty swimming pool, no space to undress, no showers apart from one in the pool Toilets where hygiene was a distant fact, accumulation of dirty dishes during lunch..they want to point out that the hotel has no connection but indicates it because it is in front of a few meters

Our room was clean. Edwardo Senior was a true gentleman. He personally showed us around the hotel and the roof top area and he was always pleasant.

Fantastic hotel, spectacular terrace for dinner and aperitifs with a crazy view!

What we really liked was the great view from the roof terrace during dinner! Be sure to reserve a table for this. The breakfast selection was also great. We were less enthusiastic about the rooms, but the view over the sea and the friendliness of the hotel staff made up for it. The location of the hotel is good; the beach is right across the street and there is a supermarket next to the hotel.
