Always good to be at the Palace Hotel

Nice location and confortable rooms, service was not appropiate to us: in the given room the heater was not working and we had to spend two days and one night in the cold before moving. The problem was not recognize and we waited for maintenance attempts before management decide to give another room. --- I read yor standard response which does not encourage me to return to your facilities, you have missed an opportunity.

The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic!!!

Positive experience! Excellent location, lovely room with a sea-view balcony. Very generous breakfast, and we were served with professionalism and friendliness. I hope to return.

A very nice hotel with truly friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, unfortunately the heating was very weak (travel at the end of December). But that's not unusual in Italy. Breakfast was served in a very nice dining room.

Great hotel, we received a complimentary upgrade at check-in time and the room was amazing, it had a beautiful sea view and a nice balcony. The breakfast buffet is HUGE. The terrace on top of the hotel is a gem. A great place and a great experience overall.

Four-night New Year's Eve stay in Viareggio. A wonderful experience, I'd love to do it again.
