The historic trattoria La Svolta is located in Carpineti, Reggio Emilia. The place is welcoming and very clean. We had excellent pizza. In fact, the place is known as a pizzeria, or as a fry shop. We tried the fried mushroom arancini and excellent cod, all of which were of good quality. A wide selection of beers. Friendly staff, fair prices. Free parking nearby. In the summer, you can also eat outside. I will definitely be back.

Fresh porcini mushroom pizza.... Spectacular!!!! Homemade trifle... As good as grandma makes it! It was very noisy, but only because the place was packed with two tables at the same time. Highly recommended.

05/12/2025: Delicious pizza in the municipality of Praticello, lucky to have a place like this in sad Praticello. Anyway, recommended 10/10, also very nice and well-kept.
27/09/2025: I went last night with my family. I had a great time and was very happy because they accept pets. Everything was great, we'll be back soon.
