La strambata In

I don’t remember how I got to La Strambata. One moment I was wandering the pastel labyrinth of Boccadasse, salt wind curling my hair into confusion; the next, I was seated at a table facing the sea, a plate of something divine shimmering before me like a vision. The sun was setting in slow motion, spilling Aperol colors into the waves. A waiter — or perhaps a poet disguised as one — placed a spritz in my hand and said something in Italian that I’m pretty sure was a blessing. The world tilted pleasantly. Laughter bubbled from somewhere nearby, maybe from me. I ordered… I think it was cappuccino. I enjoyed it in peace - A dog barked, a Vespa whined, and for a brief, golden moment, I was convinced I’d never have to go home.

Excellent cappuccino... And then by the sea... Tables overlooking the fabulous sea horizon... Enchanting

Get yourself a drink and sit by the ocean. Cute little place, friendly service.

We came to eat at La Strambata and it was one of our best experiences in a restaurant. I recommend this place to eat in Genoa. I can't wait to go back. My special thanks to the waitress who took very good care of us. Not forgetting that the restaurant is facing the sea.

Paying €7 for a spritz is a godsend for me, coming from Milan, with appetizers included! And what more can I say? Enjoying all this while sitting at a table on the beach with the sea in front of you is a whole other experience! Plus, the girls who work there are friendly and helpful.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Very good tasty and filling salads (if you are tired of eating carbs in Italy non stop lol), amazing drinks for a very decent price 😍😍😍 and the view is simply the best!!

Great lunch right on the sand. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good and not very expensive. The spritz was generous. Be careful, there isn't much space, but it's worth the wait!!

Piccolo Bar a ridosso della spiaggetta di Boccadasse ideale per qualunque ora, il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione con qualche tavolino all'aperto, ma anche i prezzi onesti. Punto di ritrovo in orario di aperitivo.
