The staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. The place is very welcoming, and the upstairs dining room is a wonderful surprise: spacious and bright. The coffee and homemade Viennese pastries are fantastic!

Whoever leaves negative reviews, as expected, must be relatives of other businesses, and that's pure malice, considering Mr. Carmelo's enormous commitment. I've been a customer for several years, and it's the only dough I've had no problems with. I invite you to experience their excellence, both for their kindness and their unique goodness.

29/11/2025: A now almost historic ice cream shop in Syracuse, recently run by a young, friendly, and welcoming couple. A wide selection of excellent ice creams, friendly service, and a fair price/quality ratio. Recommended.
