I'm writing this review because I've read a lot of bad things, which aren't true at all! We have been eating stirrup pizza for 30 years and it is always the same... delicious! We are already 3 generations eating pizza alla stirrup. My 9 and 4 year old children love it 😋 It's true, a different pizza than usual but it is precisely for this reason that we like it very much (and I can assure you that we have eaten several) but to say that they are frozen is definitely not!!! As the owner I just read already wrote, on the bracket you can see very well how the pizzas are made at the moment. It is also true that, in high season, you have to wait a little longer because it is very crowded, but for us it was always worth it. Thanks Stefano and all the staff... keep it up!

We had lunch on a rainy August day. They served us with kindness and attention. They have both pre-prepared dishes and menu service. The children ate lasagne and schnitzel, all good and 'clean'. We had some really excellent linguine with clams. I read a lot of negative reviews, but the pizzas I saw arriving were pretty good to me. Just as the service was kind and attentive, I imagine that on a summer evening with so many people something could escape. I recommend a visit

The best pizza in Lido Marini and surrounding areas! Fast service, friendly waiters, clean place. The pizza dough is excellent, super digestible. Highly recommended.

06/09/2024: We arrived at 4pm, thinking we wouldn't be able to eat. Instead the owner prepared grilled meat and puccia for us with ingredients chosen by me. The quality is good and he is very kind. The simple but welcoming service. Good primitivo and rosé. We liked it

01/08/2024: Locale un po' spartano... Soprattutto l'estate che con i teli di plastica e senza ventilatori per esterno tende un po' ad asfissiare. Il cibo tutto ottimo anche Senza Glutine, prezzi molto nella norma e personale in gamba, molto lavoratori e gentili. Grazie della positiva esperienza.
24/07/2024: Ristorante Aic, ha molti piatti senza glutine! Abbiamo cenato fuori, anche se faceva molto caldo, il ristorante si trova nel centro storico di Gallipoli! Ad accoglierci Salvatore, una persona molto alla buona e attento ad accontentare le nostre richieste, anche fuori menù! Consiglio a chi è celiaco di mangiare qui perché la qualità dei piatti è davvero alta! Gnocchi senza glutine con pistacchio e gambero viola sublimi!! Allego foto. Polpo buonissimo! Complimenti a tutto il personale per là velocità del servizio e la cortesia! Conto onesto. Unica pecca 2 euro di supplemento per ogni piatto senza glutine, mi sembrano eccessivi. Comprendo il supplemento per l’utilizzo della farina gluten free che costa di più, ma non per il polipo o le patatine che di per se sono già senza glutine!! Mi sembra davvero un esagerazione!! Per il resto ottimo!!
