La Sosta In Laigueglia

Authentic Piedmontese trattoria. Service a bit slow (perhaps due to the Sunday evening crowds). Homemade ravioli are fantastic. The breaded cutlet is a bit greasy and not crispy. The rabbit with mustard sauce is excellent. The quality/price ratio is definitely above average.

Found this place while strolling through the narrow alley. I'd passed it many times but never noticed it because the actual entrance is in an alley. We booked for dinner. We went in and the table we booked wasn't ready because we had the option of inside or outside. We opted for the open-air one, which despite facing the street and the train tracks is tucked away in a small, very charming and intimate courtyard. The seafood appetizer was a bit sterile but tasty. The hot fish soup was DELICIOUS! The rabbit was good but too spicy, covering up the gamey flavor. In any case, you could tell there was someone passionate behind the dishes. The owner was very nice in his manners but also a bit restrained, I don't understand why. His voice and firmness, you have a nice place! But maybe it was just an off day. The only downside, I'm sorry to say, is the lack of service, very timid. I assume the guy is either new or not in the business at all, disoriented as if he'd just stumbled upon it by chance, but he was very sweet anyway. Have more confidence in yourself, raise your voice and head held high, because it's a fortune to work in this village, I say this as a former restaurateur... if it weren't for the fact that I have a life here, I would reply to the ad posted :).

Great food, great service and beautiful outdoor view

Excellent restaurant in the center of Laigueglia, definitely among the top three. Dishes are carefully prepared, perfectly balanced, yet never sacrificing flavor—the gnocchi are especially recommended. The staff are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is neither too elegant nor too casual. Reservations are recommended.

We went last night after a long wait. Both the service and the food were consistently top-notch. Stefania and Daniele were excellent.

I had dinner at this restaurant last night with my family. I enjoyed the intimate and elegant atmosphere. The menu was typical of the local area, and all the dishes were carefully selected, using top-quality ingredients. Even the dessert didn't disappoint: a crème brulee enriched with raisins and candied orange peel, exquisite. Prices are average. Highly recommended.

Here's where you can savor the authentic flavors of Liguria in a cozy and characteristic setting. Classic local dishes are reinterpreted by the imagination and experience of the chef and her team. The Ligurian panissa, tagliolini with clams and Albenga trumpet mushrooms, buridda (fish soup), and frozen cream with Savona chinotto oranges are all worthy of applause. A wide selection of local wines rounds out the menu. It's definitely worth a stop.

One of the best places to eat in Laigueglia! We had the tasting menu and the food was greatly and using local ingredients. The service was also very friendly and accommodating.
