I had the pleasure of dining this evening with my husband. The restaurant was modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The fried foods were crispy, flavorful, and inviting—not the usual fare everyone else offers! The pizza was a true specialty, light and delicious, beautiful to look at and satisfying to the palate. The desserts were truly delicious. In short, what can I say? The pizza is typical Neapolitan but the prices are definitely not Neapolitan! It is not possible to ask for a diavola 12€, prices definitely out of the norm. Margherita cost 8€ + added salami = 12€ of pizza and how much does this salami cost you?
The diavola is just an example like many others, the prices need to be reviewed, definitely.

Cozy pizzeria with fair prices and excellent overall quality. The dough is well made, light and digestible, and the ingredients used are fresh and tasty. The take-away option is also very convenient.
On busy days, waiting times can be a bit longer, and the service suffers from the confusion. That said, it remains a more than valid choice for a good pizza at a fair price.
Recommended, especially outside of peak times. 4 stars deserved!

EXCELLENT FOOD TOO LONG WAIT!
From the moment you walk in, this pizzeria conveys care and attention to detail: the place is welcoming and well-furnished, the staff friendly and helpful.
Moving on to the food... an extraordinary experience!!! The fried foods are a true masterpiece, with the lasagnetta alla boscaiola that borders on perfection. But the real star? (For my tastes) The Carnaroli rice supplì with cow's aversana, basil mayonnaise, a delight that enhances the flavors and conquers the palate.
And the pizzas? I would say divine;
Perfect dough, quality ingredients, balance of flavors that makes every bite a culinary journey. Good, very good 😋
The only flaw? The decidedly long waiting times.
It was Wednesday and the place was full (a sign of excellence!), but an hour and a quarter of waiting made the draft beers, (although excellent) a little too warm.
Conclusion: A place that is definitely worth a visit, but with the right patience to enjoy each course to the fullest. I will return, perhaps with the hope of a faster service!

First time at Galleria del Gusto and definitely not the last.
The pizza is truly fantastic, one of the best I've ever tried. Light dough, very fresh ingredients and well-studied combinations.
The place was full even on a weekday, so the wait was a bit long, but understandable given the turnout.
Only one point: the air inside could be managed better, especially during the busiest times.
The prices are a bit above average, but absolutely justified by the quality.
Recommended for those looking for a high-level pizza, not the usual one. I will definitely be back!

It took the place of the pizzeria La Smorfia and did it perfectly!! Tasty Neapolitan pizza made as it should be, ask the staff for advice if you don't know which one to take..I recommend the fried food and mainly the suppli!! Beautiful and colorful environment that transmits friendliness and joy. Prepared and helpful staff. Absolutely to try

Behind the oven, captaining the team of pizza chefs, there is a real guarantee, a number one, a champion: Gabriele Sacchetti, considered without hesitation - and according to hundreds of customers, professionals and even competitors - among the best bakers in our area. With its light, honeycombed and incredibly digestible dough, the result of years of study and love for bread-making, it manages to create pizzas that represent the perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
Each creation is a small work of art, with attention to every detail, with the highest quality ingredients (and you can feel it, with every bite!) and never predictable combinations. Even some great classics find space on paper, sometimes in their most authentic form, other times reinterpreted with intelligence and respect, without ever distorting tradition but exalting it with mastery.
Personally, I have tasted almost all of them, and I would have difficulty recommending just a few: each one tells a story, a journey, a different moment in life, made up of flavors that intertwine in a wonderful symphony, without ever clashing with each other.
Honorable mention to the pans: I will have ordered the one with ham and burrata 1,394,893 times in my life, but every time is like the first. And every time, it makes me dream.
