Warmly recommend this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped us find the right Marsala for us to bring home to Sweden, which he also could tell the old history about. Extremely tasty local bruschette with different ingredients on to go with the wine. Thank you for a great experience and cosy bar!

If you want to taste the flavors of Marsala, the Drunken Mermaid is a must-see 🔝. The kindness and friendliness of Cristian (thanks for the umbrella😉), Fabio and Salvo make the experience unique. Well done guys.. keep it up! See you soon…

Very good place near the center of Marsala for wine and tasting. We had the dry Marsala wine and the Nero d'Avola. In total with the tasting everything was €18. The boy's attention was excellent.

Great place, very nice gentleman behind the bar, delicious wine. The gentleman was happy to advise us, let us taste a few wines, offered us a snack. In addition, he gave us some advice and suggestions about Marsala. We highly recommend and send our warmest regards to Christian!

Christian, der Besitzer und Sommelier kann wunderbare Weine empfehlen, auch den bekannten Marsala Wein. Und ganz nebenbei hat er uns viel über den Marsala Wein erzählt. Gut essen kann man dort auch und alles zu fairen Preisen. Gerne wieder, danke!

07/05/2025: Typical sycilian bar in a small town with a really nice climate. But the real star were the huge cannoli with absolutely the best filling I have ever tried it’s a must try!
13/04/2025: We had breakfast at Bar Erice during a visit to Trapani. The place is simple and welcoming, with a good assortment of desserts. We ordered the cannoli, which were filled on the spot. The cream was fresh and well balanced, the wafer crunchy. The size seemed right to us, neither too large nor too small, ideal for breakfast. The service was quick and courteous. We liked finding a place where we could start the day with a carefully prepared traditional product. It was a pleasant stop that we would recommend to anyone passing through these parts.

29/06/2025: We are at the restaurant and it was amazing, buonissimo. Everyone was very friendly, spoke many languages, made good recommendations, and explained all the food to us, etc but the cous cous was incredible. The best. So flavorful. We had the Royal cous cous and the fish cous cous. Unbelievable. Highly recommend eating here if you're anywhere near San Vito.
17/06/2025: This evening the hotel where I'm staying recommended this restaurant to me, guys, I can only tell you that it's a culinary experience between Sicilian and Tunisian food, it's something perfect. We had octopus with potato hummus as an appetizer, absolutely divine with a melting consistency like lindor, even my one and a half year old daughter liked it a lot, in addition we had a Tunisian brik, fried wafer with capers, tuna, cheese, potatoes and egg, the obligatory mopping up of the bread, then fish couscous, I took the complete one with vegetables, then served with fish broth, on the side, a mix of flavors never tasted before, and to finish the dessert we had a Tunisian brik, out of this world cassata without orange icing and Anna's mother's cassata.... Guys, highly recommended if you don't want to go to a typical restaurant but have a taste experience
