La segreta mentana In Mentana

This isn't my first time eating at this restaurant. I go there whenever I feel the need to eat unique, delicious food prepared with incredible passion, and I assure you, this is evident in every dish. Absolutely top-quality meat, excellent cured meats, and out-of-this-world desserts! Impeccable and attentive service. Congratulations, keep it up!

I have been there several times and have always had a good time. Venue: Characteristic with stone and brick and exposed beams, it creates a romantic atmosphere and is great for couples. The exterior is on a charming square in Mentana. Cuisine: The guys offer a menu with seasonal products. Good meats, even aged, they also have a good cellar. The selection of cured meats made with game is special. I also recommend the first courses which are really good. Service: always ready to give you tips, the waiters are good, it is often full so they trot around a lot but remain polite. I really appreciate those who make an effort while remaining patient. I highly recommend it. But book!

Restaurant where you can eat different varieties of tartare and aged and fine meats. Medium-high price but respects the value of the products. The winter and summer location is also characteristic

First and NOT last time I will come to eat at this place. I was surprised not only by the food, but above all by the location and the service. Helpful and prepared guys, dishes cooked with attention to detail, and beautiful mise enplace! I RECOMMEND!

Amazing fine dinning. Great food and wine.

I had never been there and it was a pleasant discovery. The place is located in the historic center of Mentana, it is very characteristic and lends itself well to candlelight dinners (especially the basement). All types of meat are divine and also the appetizers with tartare (the one in the photo with mushrooms, almonds and berries is excellent).

Very nice environment, really a nice place. Excellent food, limited menu with a lot of choice for meats. Trust the staff's advice, really very prepared!

After various recommendations among lovers of good meat, it was La secret's turn, they spoke well to me about this restaurant, I started following it on Instagram and from there it was clear that they know what they're doing when it comes to meat, a visit couldn't be missed. I found the starters to be fabulous to say the least, I would have liked to try them all, but since there were only two of us the choice fell on tasting the cheeses and tasting the tartare and carpaccio to try as many things as possible, and leave room for the meat, everything was truly delicious. For the second course we asked for advice and were brought two different pieces, a Black Angus cuberoll and a Uruguay cuberoll, tender and tasty, both very good. To conclude we had two desserts which closed the dinner in style, they were absolutely no less than the other courses. Fair prices for what you eat. Well done, I'll be back without a doubt.

A steakhouse located in a charming medieval village, the atmosphere is unique, although it is easy to get lost if you don't know the area well. Once we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness by the girls of the place, all very smiling and helpful. We started with a mixture of crudi and patanegra, which were particularly tasty. But the real highlight of the evening was the steak, truly spectacular, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. It was a great experience, and we will definitely be back.
