Timeless, family and authentic place. We opted for a tourist menu, good value for money but disconcerting because pasta was offered as a starter. There is a bit of a wait but it's still reasonable.

If there is a place to eat in an alley and you see an older woman serving you, go in. Homemade food, a place to eat well and authentic. Very good experience

In a typical 1940s decor, decorated by a Savoyard who took over this establishment, time has stood still, but not the cuisine, succulent, living up to its reputation, as well as the service and unbeatable prices. Excellent address.

“Disappointing”
I have been to this restaurant and unfortunately the experience was not the best. The cutlet served was clearly one of the packaged ones, like AIA, and one would not expect such a choice in a place that focuses on quality.
To make the evening worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful, giving the impression that every request was too many. I definitely won't be back.

One of the best secrets of Genova! The food is delicious, the price is really cheap, the environment is fine and the owner is lovely!!! I love this restaurant and I highly recommend for the tourists!

Interessante locale antico. In ordine e pulito. La signora che ci ha accolto è la titolare, a modo e gentile.
I piatti che abbiamo preferito sono stati molto buoni e appena cucinati, tra cui gli gnocchi con il pesto a dir poco superbo!, tanto buono che, alla fine lo raccolto col pane.
Totani in fritto fresco e buonissimi.
Il costo? Alla portato di tutti.
Grazie veramente di cuore per tutto.

"Buonasera, è tanto che siete aperti? Non vi conoscevo" "Dal 1400". Comincia così una delle cene più divertenti che da genovese ho potuto fare fino ad oggi. Il locale trasuda genovesità nei modi e nei gusti. Chi cerca piatti ricercati e modi affettati e falsamente gentili cerchi altro. Tutto è semplice, reale e onesto come la cucina di vostra madre (compresa vostra madre genovese che non sapevate di avere).
