I returned after about 15 years because I had a good memory of the Parmesan pizza with aubergines, enjoyed several times during lunch breaks back then... I was disappointed because the pizza was no longer the same, with little tomato sauce and with the aubergines not well assembled together.... the pizza chef will certainly never have been the same!

There were a lot of people and that was very good, the place is typical Italian, everything delicious. We ordered salad, pasta and pizzas, the attention from the staff was perfect. Highly recommended!

Context of a Genoese trattoria, excellent value for money, good cuisine and pizzeria (but also pinsa and cheese focaccia). Maximum cleanliness and this is now a rare commodity (every time the table is carefully cleaned and disinfected). Strongly recommended

Elegant environment with many seats, friendly and helpful staff regarding the customization of some dishes. Very good prices and the possibility of purchasing half bottles to compensate for the fact that you don't have wine by the glass.

How nostalgic!!!! All with quick and friendly service. And finally...you won't believe it...at the checkout they won't peel you like you were an apple!! I'll be back!

Siamo stati in questo locale per una cena tra amici - prenatalizia. Abbiamo scelto diverse pizze ma le focacce sono sicuramente imbattibili. Consigliata quella al pesto.

08/02/2025: bread is available in various types. very good in flavour. quite heavy so be prepared to spend. the focaccia, on the other hand, is terrible, soft and bad (and not given as a gift). looking at the counter from the front, the focaccia was on the right. it was around 10.15am, I asked for a piece of focaccia and was charged on the receipt as Ligurian focaccia, around 2 euros for a piece.
23/11/2024: Bakery in the center of Genoa, offering different types of bread and stuffed pockets similar to focaccia. Excellent sandwiches and salads can be consumed on site.

28/01/2025: Yesterday I had lunch at Santamonica with my friend Alessandra who has put up with me since 1972. Franciacorta bubbles accompanied raw seafood and linguine, sea urchins, coconut milk and Kombu seaweed butter. The sweet epilogue: tasting of Panera pralines and semifreddo with coffee. I think that after this lunch Alessandra will tolerate me better and for this I also thank Monica Capurro and all the restaurant staff, who pampered us and made us feel at home. Ah, I forgot, for those who would like these dishes and this service at the price of a fast food restaurant: this is not possible and not even right; what is right is the bill paid here.
