The lady at the bar was extremely busy; the place was full, but she was still very efficient, even paying attention to those who hadn't yet been served, reassuring us with a smile that she'd be with us soon. A truly amazing Nutella croissant.

19/05/2025: Trovo che tutta la catena dei ristoranti Forsterbrau in Trentino Alto Adige sia assolutamente di alta qualità, dove mangiare cibo della tradizione locale sempre ottimo ed a prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli. Qui a Trento è forse uno dei più caratteristici . Bravi .
12/05/2025: Locale in centro, carino nella parte sottostante e fuori; il piano superiore avrebbe bisogno di una "revisione". I piatti nella media niente di eccezionale ma apprezzabile sia il tagliere di salumi sia gli assaggi di canederli. Buona la birra. Il servizio buono e il personale gentile.

02/09/2025: They have delicious gelato, and the coffee cream is excellent. I highly recommend it. The staff is very nice and friendly. There are only a few seats.
