The dining room is well-maintained.
The staff is extremely friendly.
We had truffle appetizers with Tuscan cheeses, followed by excellent grilled meats. High-quality fruit. The food is excellent. The prices are fair. I'll gladly return because it's worth every penny.

Good morning, for the first time I'm having lunch with my partner and our dog mentioned in the reservation. As soon as I enter, one of the owners says to me out loud... Are you wearing tracksuits?! Aside from the definitely inappropriate manner, the Ruota comes across as a Trattoria, and from someone who has worked in the restaurant business and in excellent restaurants for 28 years, I'VE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THIS TO A CUSTOMER, OR AT LEAST COULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TELL IT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING!! That said, the meat is truly excellent and the staff is amazing. I LIVE IN THE CENTER OF MILAN, SO IT'S NOT CERTAIN THAT IT COULD HAPPEN AGAIN, BUT IF I HAD TO RECOMMEND IT, I WOULD DEFINITELY REMEMBER THE OWNERS' INADEQUACY.

My daughter and I came and as soon as we left I immediately wrote this review. The food was excellent. The waiters were kind, friendly and helpful. I will return. I recommend it.

Four of us came to eat there, and since we'd known the place for a while, we played it safe. And, as always, we left satisfied. Kudos to Alessandro, who served us professionally yet very pleasantly, recommending a slightly more expensive but delicious, non-traditional cut of meat, which was worth the extra money.
