Good but terrible on time 1 hour late

After a long time, I gave it a second chance and ordered a pizza, Napoli, for home delivery. I'm glad I did, but the €7.50 price seemed a bit steep (ignoring the handling costs), but the important thing is that at least it was good.

The pizza and chicken are always good, but the people who work there always make you wait forever, yelling at other coworkers. And that's okay, they're busy. Let's add a 40-minute delay for a pizza ordered an hour early on a Tuesday night. But then, by the time the guy comes to deliver your pizza, he's already pissed off and talks down to you. Maybe we're going too far. Customers are treated well, especially when they approach the staff politely and, above all, with patience.
