Let me start by saying that we have already decided to return..... a place where the quality, the quantity of food, the attention to the customer is really important..... the whole thing would need to be reviewed. Restaurant run by a family. Father, mother, daughter.. Pay attention to the quantity of food, to give you an idea... all the dishes are more than generous, two portions can be eaten by four... plenty... everything is of good quality!!! Given the quantities, the prices are really affordable.

Not a bit old place from the outside it seems almost closed due to the very soft lights. There were 5 of us, we ate very well, choosing from the seafood menu, but there is also a land menu, excellent food and gigantic quantities, let's say that compared to other restaurants each portion is for 3/4 people, we exchanged something, If you have a weak stomach, order only one thing for 2, we had 2 courses each, octopus with potatoes, spaghetti with seafood, marinated anchovies, mussels marinara, fried fish for 5, plus chips 2 half liter jugs of white, one another quart of white, a bottle of water, a coca cola, and a coffee for 140 euros. We had an extremely hard time eating everything. Run by friendly and nice people. If you look at the environment, walls, furniture, etc. don't come, but dishes, cutlery, tables and kitchen, in short the things that matter are really clean.

Location = almost 1.5 km away from the sea and inconspicuous from the outside, the place seems intended for a predominantly local audience for a business lunch or in any case for a meal away from the confusion and costs of the tourist venues in the old port of Oneglia. Inside it is simple like the trattorias of the past where you feel more at home than in a restaurant.
Food = generous doses and very tasty food more inspired by Puglia (the chef's place of origin) than Ligurian; the combination of the two factors makes digestion less easy, especially considering that you eat fish
Timing = adequate
Price = difficult to spend more than 30 euros including water and house wine
Overall, the price/performance ratio is adequate, a possible reference when you want an alternative to the places that are so fashionable today where the only abundant things are the size of the dishes and the bill!

Locale molto spartano, ma si mangia veramente bene , in abbondanza e a prezzi modici. Provati gli spaghetti alle vongole veramente buoni con una quantità impressionante di frutti di mare, anche la frittura di calamari e gamberi ci ha molto soddisfatti , per qualità e abbondanza....ci torneremo sicuramente

The place was last renovated in the 1950s, but it still has an Italian atmosphere. Nice service. Very good food. Such homely, home-made Italian food from the heart.

Tappa fissa ogni volta che andiamo da queste parti... Sconsigliato per quelli che vogliono i servizi top class ...Qui siamo tutto alla buona....Tovaglia di carta...bicchieri vetro rotondi...ect....Tutto molto spartano e alla buona...Ma se parliamo di qualità dei piatti di pesce(fresco), della quantità soprattutto..non c'è ne x nessuno... Cosimo(il proprietario) ex marinaio sa come cucinare il Pesce e dove trovarlo. Conduzione famigliare...Non aspettatevi che vi servono il vino...ma aspettate di vedere quando vi portano gli antipasti, i primi, le fritture....la quantità e la qualità....

Trattoria run by Cosimo, a friendly and elderly but very lively owner with whom you can have a chat about times gone by. Very simple but good cuisine (I recommend his fried fish). Often full of workers, attracted by the savings/quality combination. Also frequented by football teams for pre-match lunches
