Restaurant in the center of Piedicavallo, a beautiful mountain village. Excellent dinner and excellent service. Here you can enjoy traditional Piedmontese dishes. The price for dinner is truly reasonable.

I confirm my previous review. We've been several times. Dinner was simply delicious! The traditional cuisine was an explosion of flavors, the appetizers were excellent, and the polenta moja was a true stroke of genius—an absolute must! The vitello tonnato was creamy and flavorful, and the desserts were top-notch! And the finishing touch was the welcome they gave our four-legged friends, a real plus! If you haven't been yet, hurry! Highly recommended! 5/5 stars 🐾.

We found this inn during a tour of the beautiful Cervo Valley in Rosazza, then continued on to Piedicavallo, where we had lunch at the Rosa Bianca inn and enjoyed the very kind Mrs. Carmen and the excellent and abundant dishes, including the valley's specialty, exquisite polenta and Moja.

First time visiting this absolute gem of a restaurant: great service and even better food! We visited during February/March 2025, shared the cheeses and antipasto platter, we also had their famous polenta - a must try! Fantastic desserts. Better get there when hungry as the portions are quite big!

04/08/2025: Excellent dishes. Don't expect a menu with a wide selection, but the items on offer are more than enough to satisfy your appetite. I highly recommend the apple pie, which is served warm.
