We did 2 days full board. Exceptional quality/price ratio. Family atmosphere, very kind staff, cleanliness and excellent cuisine!!! Furthermore, it is very conveniently located for various paths or less demanding walks in the surrounding area.

We have been going to this restaurant for dinner or lunch for years. We returned there coming down from our hut in the Rosei, a hamlet of Piedicavallo. The lady who took care of us was kind and attentive to our every need. I recommend it....as always.... Thank you

Hotel without frills but with all the essentials for a cool night's rest. Pleasant dinner with typical and generous dishes. The owners are kind and attentive We will be back.

Staying for a few days it was a wonderful experience with the family atmosphere and where the customer is put to taste the excellent dishes of the house and the mountain style environment, the owner of the structure is extraordinary and attentive to the attention of the customers, as well all the staff, recommended for true relaxation!!!

We walked around the Oasi Zegna and on the advice of a friend we stopped at the Rosa Bianca What can I say... simply delicious. Excellent quality of food, abundant dishes and the polenta moja superb. The local cheese tasting plate with jams was super good I highly recommend having this beautiful culinary experience as well as meeting very kind staff We will definitely be back

24/07/2024: A simple, "sporty", "different" place where you can eat typical, good food. The only thing I would have preferred was the ribs that were a little less salty. The friendly staff is welcoming and therefore the initial delay in serving should be absolutely forgiven due perhaps to the fact that the restaurant only opens on weekends or perhaps it was too early to book for 12.30. It would have been enough to ask what we want to drink so the wait would have been less long 😊 Thank you!
14/07/2024: Discovered by chance during a motorbike tour with destination the Conca dei rhododendrons. Excellent cold cuts and cheese platter. Tartare with good bagnacauda sauce. Good ravioli with meat sauce. Very kind and fun staff. Advised ;)

18/09/2024: Siamo capitati per caso e devo dire che è stata una vera scoperta! Al di là della bruschetta di benvenuto, la pizza e i dolci erano buonissimi!!! Servizio impeccabili e qualità prezzo ok. Di certo torneremo
