We have been going to this restaurant for dinner or lunch for years. We returned there coming down from our hut in the Rosei, a hamlet of Piedicavallo.
The lady who took care of us was kind and attentive to our every need.

Staying for a few days it was a wonderful experience with the family atmosphere and where the customer is put to taste the excellent dishes of the house and the mountain style environment, the owner of the structure is extraordinary and attentive to the attention of the customers, as well all the staff, recommended for true relaxation!!!

We walked around the Oasi Zegna and on the advice of a friend we stopped at the Rosa Bianca
What can I say... simply delicious.
Excellent quality of food, abundant dishes and the polenta moja superb. The local cheese tasting plate with jams was super good
I highly recommend having this beautiful culinary experience as well as meeting very kind staff
