Ci siamo capitati passeggiando per il lago e l’esperienza è stata ottima: ostriche fritte, gnocchetti con gazpacho di pesca, spaghetti di seppia e amatriciana di lago, torta di farro e mele tutto veramente squisito, sapori nuovi e ben serviti. Lo súper consiglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo sorprendente e sono anche simpatici!

Excellent restaurant, good food, but I think it's too avant-garde and innovative for the place. I liked some innovations, others were too risky, but still a good restaurant.

We went to this restaurant last night and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service impeccable, and above all, the food was truly excellent. A special mention goes to the smoked fish amatriciana: a balanced and flavorful dish—truly exceptional. A special thanks to the owner, Elisa, a highly knowledgeable sommelier and wonderful person, with whom it was a real pleasure to chat about wine and life. Very very tasty!!!! Simply incredibly tasty! I have never eaten more delicious gnocchi with bottarga!!!! The cheese is so tender, it is a real pleasure!!!!

I found this restaurant by chance during a short cycling holiday on Lake Bolsena. I ate there with my children on a Friday evening without booking, but we were lucky because it's always full at the weekend. It's a very nice place with nice company music in the background. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We ate excellently, with authentic dishes and the right portions. We started dinner with a chickpea soup as a starter (although listed among the main courses) which was delicious. Then we continued with the delicious fettuccine with meat sauce. As a second course we chose an excellent rabbit roll with baked potatoes. Finally, for dessert we had the tiramisu, the spelled tart with apple and wild berry jam and the Tozzetti with wine. We were very satisfied and suggest everyone to come to this beautiful place. At the end of the evening we chatted very pleasantly with the owner, who told us nice anecdotes about the place. Really excellent. I would add that local products are also sold, such as honey and oil.
