A beautiful viewpoint, possibility to rent sunbeds, platform for swimming in the lake but really the place is let down... A great shame because the guys are super nice and kind, excellent dishes especially first courses but not well maintained, unfortunately I saw people leave... come on guys it could become a really top place for a weekend at Lake Turano!

I've been there a while ago, the food is excellent, it's cheap and the food is mostly homemade. Excellent place.

A super rustic trattoria, essentially a wooden kiosk on the shores of Lake Turano (RI), in the municipality of Castel di Tora. They also rent sun loungers and umbrellas by the lake. Tables are set outside under a simple pergola. Vibo's cuisine is tasty and prices are excellent. Specialties include first courses with homemade pasta and grilled meats. An oasis of peace and serenity.

We ate very good pizza, we had booked the table

The courtesy of the legendary Signora Maria and the quality of the dishes served, good fettuccine and lamb plated in a good way, are not enough to make up for the shortcomings of the place. In fact, despite the magnificent position overlooking Lake Turano and the private beach, the place would need a radical "restoration". You cannot leave old equipment (refrigerators, broken chairs and tables) in plain sight at the entrance of the place. It is a real shame not to keep clean (metal and plastic caps, cigarette butts and other such amenities) the space between the balustrade and the tables set "long live the parish priest". And it is even more of a shame that the terrace is presented with mismatched tables and chairs that give a sense of abandonment to a structure that deserves more care and attention. The use of the toilets should be avoided also because of the difficulty of reaching them in an obstacle course between remains and vestiges of a time gone by but certainly to be disposed of in a landfill. Finally, I wonder if it is time to remove all the "anti-covid" signs that are still peeping out here and there, hanging from poles and stakes that overall create the atmosphere of a post-apocalyptic film.
