I stopped at this restaurant for dinner following a work trip. The staff is very courteous and the owner very sociable. I ate a steak (strictly cooked "rare) with truffle and mashed potatoes.
I also had a dessert, homemade by them, excellent!!!
I highly recommend it.
For the type of food chosen, the prices are absolutely in line.
Very spacious place and curious innovations made to the service (to be discovered).
I highly recommend it!! I will definitely go back.

Unusual place to eat a pizza named after a deity from Greek mythology!
The Principe Bacco reserve is a rustic place to eat an exceptional pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven!
The ingredients are chosen and well balanced, and the choice of pizzas is vast!
The fried foods, among which the supplì stand out, are something exceptional, with an intense and enveloping flavour... You just want to eat those! The potato chips covered with pecorino and pepper are also a must try!
The real hidden gem, however, is the sweet "Ferrero Rocher". A chocolate chest envelops a hazelnut and chocolate dessert. A Ferrero but in x3 version.

Excellent experience. Pizzeria restaurant on the outskirts of Rome, 5 km from the A1 motorway practically at the beginning of the ring road. Immersed in the greenery of the Roman hills, in Fiano Romano. Well-kept place, friendly and helpful staff, offers à la carte menus and one for workers (thank you as a truck driver) and Pizzeria. Delicious dishes and generous portions, honest prices for the service offered. Car and truck parking (approximately 30/35 heavy vehicles). Excellent experience recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ate really well. The pizza was very good. Very light dough and also well seasoned. We also took a second course of meat, vegetables and dessert. Everything was delicious and we spent the right amount. The desserts, spectacular!
I recommend it! They also have gluten-free pizzas

Impasto leggerissimo,consistenza top,ingredienti di ottima qualità e mixati in modo egregio.
Antipasti ottimi e piacevole e gustosi i pacchetti fritti in panko ripieni di ragù bianco di cinghiale.

il ristorante è molto grande. grande parcheggio. Ho mangiato sia cena che d'asporto. Ottime le pizze e buona anche la tartare di carne. Prezzi nella media, Porzioni non proprio abbondanti.
