Pan pizza without meaning but the real hit is the farinata. I think it's the best farinata I've ever eaten!

The atmosphere, drinks and service ! 😍🙌 The mixologist was so knowledgeable and friendly, it’s a “passion that doesn’t feel like work” according to her and it shows. We came early before dinner so had the place to ourselves, the downstairs area is underground but the lighting and deco are really well done, you don’t feel like you’re underground. Their outdoor area is really nice as well, perfectly located on a quiet street sandwiched between 2 busy streets. I discovered a sparkling similar to champagne which I really enjoyed : Alta Langha. Highly recommended!

I have never eaten in this place as I always went after dinner, I can say that it is very elegant and refined like the cocktails they offer. A small glass of flavored water as a welcome and the appetizers always accompanied with the drink are much appreciated Recommended if you want to stay in a quiet location without shouting and noise

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience! I went to the Civico 1 restaurant in Turin yesterday and I must say that it was simply perfect from every point of view. From the moment we entered we were greeted with incredible kindness and helpfulness. The girls in the room were professional, smiling and always ready to respond to our every request, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The place is furnished with great care: a warm, elegant atmosphere but without losing that touch of intimacy which makes everything even more pleasant. You can breathe attention to detail and love for hospitality. And then the food... what can I say, a real explosion of flavours! Each dish was a masterpiece for the palate and the eyes. You can clearly perceive the excellent quality of the raw materials and the chef's ability to combine them in a creative and harmonious way. From the first course to the dessert everything was impeccable. Extraordinary value for money: considering the level of service and the excellence of the food, the bill was more than fair. In short, if you are looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy a memorable culinary experience, accompanied by attentive and smiling service, Civico 1 is the perfect choice. Thank you very much for the special evening: I will definitely return and recommend the place to everyone!

Devo dire che è stata una bella scoperta. Piatti buoni, ben presentati, servizio simpatico e attento. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, locale molto carino con musica di qualità in sottofondo. Assolutamente da tornare

Padellino experience di nome e di fatto : buonissimo, con ottime materie prime di farcitura ( forse avrei evitato il gambero fritto nella pizza... Per carità, a New York, in pizzeria italiana, proponevano la pizza con bistecca alla milanese.... ma da queste parti la pizza ai frutti di mare non prevede pesce fritto). Io che ho gustato il padellino fichi, posso dire che ho trovato così tanti sapori che ho preferito "scomporlo". Molto originale il tiramisù con riduzione di vermouth : sono le gocce chiare che vedete nel piatto. Ci ha, con grande classe, ben consigliati Giulia. In cucina Laura, una delle proprietarie, padellino e dolci di Cristina. Pare che l'impasto della pizza sia marchio depositato.
