We ate both meat and fish dishes, in both cases everything was delicious because you could perceive the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The place is very nice, both inside and outside, there is a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and impeccable service.

We had been to this restaurant before, but I believe it has been under new management since then. The entire dinner was excellent, including the desserts, which are often the Achilles' heel of restaurants. Friendly and fast service, beautiful view of the gullies with well-spaced tables. We will be back.

We tried this place and found it a bit by chance. We were amazed by the wonderful view of the Valle dei Calanchi with the sun setting and accompanying us during dinner. The food was delicious, especially the fried food which satisfied our palate without weighing us down. Price quality, unparalleled.

A beautiful view, lots of quiet, clean air and simplicity are the hallmarks of this restaurant in this small village in the heart of the vineyards that open up the land to the Grechetto of Viterbo. The menu is typical, with inviting dishes such as umbrichelli, truffles, porcini mushrooms and other local cuisine. In my opinion, the flavors have yet to express themselves at their best, but they are there. The service is present, not very empathetic, but we didn't miss anything! Good wine list.

30/11/2024: I stayed in this hotel for a week for work reasons. The room is large and has a loft design. Although it is winter, the heating is always sufficient. There are dedicated office areas and dining areas. The Internet is very fast (much better than mini palace) and quiet. It is very suitable for meetings and work. If you drive to Viterbo, you can consider staying here. It is very cost-effective and has a supporting restaurant. You can communicate with their waiter Vera in advance about the breakfast time and content.
07/09/2024: Beautiful evening in this enchanting place, we ate very well, the staff were very kind. I highly recommend it to everyone.

28/08/2024: Excellent place but above all excellent pizza. If you are looking for thin, crunchy pizza that melts in your mouth 👄 this place is for you. And I would also add that the condiments are of excellent quality! But do we want to talk about the tomato? The basis of almost all stuffed pizzas: from margherita to diavola or napoli, the tomato 🍅 of Avalon pizzas can't be beat! Tasty, fragrant, unique! In Tuscia there is no other place better than this if you are a 🍕 addict! It goes without saying that beer goes well with pizza, and what beer! Excellent Guiness, as is the service, the location and the staff who are always courteous and smiling. Well done everyone!
