Everything was good: the appetizers, the first courses, the desserts, especially the fish, which is something you wouldn't expect in this type of place but is definitely worth trying. I've always had a great time there.

We had a fantastic meal here recently and will definitely be going back whenever we’re staying at our place nearby. The terrace is lovely, there’s a big selection of seafood, and other dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Lovely restaurant. Food was excellent and the hosts made us very welcome. They spoke excellent English, which helped as our Italian is limited. Outside dining on the terrace is available too.

Very nice place, the dishes plentiful and delicious. Possibility to choose excellent steaks from the display fridge. The waitress was very professional and friendly. The restaurant has a large car park, surrounded by greenery. There are soccer fields and tennis courts. Prices normal. We will definitely be back.

We were visiting "la serpara" a place absolutely worth visiting and we stopped here for lunch. Upon entering you are immediately greeted by an intimate atmosphere, super welcoming and very nice staff. Excellent food, enough to make me write a review, something I don't usually do. We will definitely be back to try the fish offerings. We came from Ronciglione and it was WORTH THE TRIP TIME. See you very soon I hope

La Quercia restaurant in Civitella d'Agliano (VT) is a relaxing place surrounded by nature. You can glimpse the Calanques which dominate the valley with their beauty. The traditional dishes of Tuscia are excellent and not only that, genuine but at the same time refined cuisine. Suitable for both lunches and dinners with friends and for special events. The family atmosphere and the kindness of the owners make you always return to this delightful restaurant. Advised!

Arrivati quasi all'orario di chiusura, ci hanno accolti con cortesia, il servizio è stato molto veloce, il cibo era veramente ottimo, il conto giusto. Anche la location, molto carina.

23/08/2025: Whenever I go to Viterbo (I live elsewhere), I drive all the way here, and this review would be over already. Excellent and original sandwiches with homemade bread (at least it seems to be the flavor and texture), with many vegetarian options (AMEN!!!). Delicious toasted, but even better when fresh. Superlative coffee. As I sat there one Saturday morning, The Cure's playlist came on, while the owners, relaxing, prepared more sandwiches at the counter. What can I say? Relaxing.
21/08/2025: This is a sandwich bar and food shop, not a proper restaurant. But they do serve tasty and original tramezzini, light on toppings but very varied and healthy. Some are toasted, others are not, appropriately depending on the ingredients. They are accompanied by various good-quality cured meats and cold cuts, assorted bruschetta, and delicious, moderately aged pecorino cheeses. To accompany the cheeses, they also offer some delicious homemade jams. The platters are generous and plentiful (AYCE, which I also served even though I was alone), including a glass of wine or a spritz. The owners are very kind and helpful; for three generous platters, a glass of wine, a liqueur, and an extra mineral water, I spent less than 20 euros. I don't know if they'll keep this promotion going, but for now, it's true. The place is very simple and unpretentious, yet welcoming and pleasant, and the owners are friendly. I highly recommend it.

13/07/2025: It lived up to what I'd been told. Excellent food, great service, and a homey atmosphere, like being at a friend's house. Go there!!!
12/07/2025: This trattoria is located on a small street in the historic center of Blera. A wooden door leads to a ground-floor room furnished with large wooden tables, stone walls, and wooden beams on the ceiling. There's another room in the basement. We start with the house antipasto, a small plate with a slice of prosciutto crudo and capocollo accompanied by a bruschetta made with freshly made extra virgin olive oil. We also ordered beans with pork rinds and coratella (a kind of lamb cutlet), all delicious and plentiful, accompanied by the house vinobrosso. Next, we chose two starters: tagliolini with sheep's milk ragù and tagliolini with chanterelle mushrooms. For main courses, we also chose two starters: lamb cacciatore in bianco (white) and mutton with potatoes in tomato sauce. To finish, we enjoyed homemade desserts: wine-flavored donuts, coffee, and a house liqueur. Service was prompt, courteous, and friendly.
