A place where you can definitely spend your holidays relaxing, just a stone's throw from Benevento. The owners are dedicated to quality and constantly seeking sensory stimulation to pass on to their customers. They're open to new ideas and innovations, not just technological but also culinary. The pizza oven is spectacular and high-quality. I'll just say it has a joystick to operate it. As for the food...you decide. The pizza, I can tell you, is made with type 1 flour, less soft than Neapolitan pizza, but it's flavorful and very tasty. You'll even eat the crust, trust me.

The place is spacious, especially the veranda and garden; however, some areas could use more attention to detail. The service is minimal. I particularly enjoyed the fried food 🍤 (potato croquettes and pasta frittata): crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, golden brown, and not at all greasy. I had high expectations for the pizza 🍕, but I was a bit disappointed, not so much for the ingredients, but for the dough, which makes it similar to focaccia. Service is average. Prices are cheap. Free parking.

01/10/2025: A regular Wednesday stop to watch the Champion. Service is super fast, and this time, instead of the excellent piadinas, I wanted to try the pizza, and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. Delicious, well-seasoned, and super light. Well done, guys!
