The La Quercia restaurant has been my favorite place for years. Every time I return, I always find excellent cuisine, based on quality ingredients and great care in the dishes. Tradition is respected, but with that creative touch that makes each course special. A place where you can feel at home, immersed in genuine and authentic flavours. Highly recommended!

Very good lunch, attentive service and absolutely refined dishes. Despite exaggerating a little, excellent digestion. I will definitely go back. I hope to find the toilets renovated because they are absolutely inadequate in space and functionality. However, you are very good and above all young.

I ate very well! Mushroom season, the fried porcini mushrooms are very good, but also the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and the tagliatelle, always with porcini mushrooms.

30/12/2024: Il locale merita :posizione,pulizia,camerieri e servizio veloce nonostante fosse affollato.Trovo caro il cartoccio di panissa e i muscoli e le vongole di contorno al cappon magro erano secchi ed immangiabili!!!per il resto ok (tagliata morbida e saporita).nel complesso lo consiglio!

09/12/2024: Da quando avevo saputo che l’unico ristorante a Genova che serve l’autentica cotoletta alla milanese è l’Infernotto, non aspettavo che il momento giusto per gustarla. Oggi finalmente quel momento è arrivato e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto. Innanzitutto il locale è piccolo e raccolto come piace a me; il menù è composto da pochi, ottimi piatti (altra mia preferenza); la cotoletta alla milanese è davvero preparata secondo la ricetta classica (e si sente); gradevolissimi i mandilli al pesto; nella vasta scelta dei vini (è ristorante e enoteca) ho apprezzato un calice di godibile Nebbiolo; la gentilezza del titolare è rinomata. Una chicca i quattro diversi tipi di pane.
